Her family was killed when she was very young. she was taken in by a shadow shifter named Aiden, Aiden took care of her for 15 years of her life, He tough her everything about Shadow shifting, but he felt she needed to learn more than just that. bio: She used to live in a village called Myuki. Her mom was a demon, and her father was a vampire. She lived there until she was 10, when the people in the village found out about her parents. The villager's killed her parents. So, Nightshade ran off before they could get her. She has been traveling around for 6 years gathering up knowledge and fighting skills. Then, she found out about this school and signed up.

bio:Angel was just a normal kid till one day. angel was sleeping her her room with her pet wolf prince when it stated to get warm. prince woke angel up and she looked out to see fire. she screamed at the top of her lungs. he wolf looked around, he jumped form the window and landed on the grass. he ran for help. but buy the time they got there it was to late. angel was traped in side and the house was burned down. they called the fire department and they came and found her. when they found her her left arm and leg had been burned off. they asked angel when she got up if she wanted to go with out them or what. angel said that she would not come out of her room with out them. the doctors manged to replace her leg with another one but her arm was to badly gone. they decied that the best was was to get her a robotic arm. angel was happy with them but was sad that her family had to see her like this she is smart.. all A's smart. but she doesnt show it.. doesnt want to stick out as the smart kid at school

Bio: Ariadne Raventhorne’s history goes back to her parents. Ariadne’s mother came from a family that was descended directly from the Nephilim. This was well known in the family. However, what wasn’t well known was the fact that their Nephilim ancestors gave the family a recessive gene that carries potent Nephilim powers. As Ariadne’s family breeded over the generations, the generic “human gene” masked the Nephilim powers, making them dormant, though most in the family were still carriers. Ariadne’s mother did not know this, though she did believe herself better because of her Nephilim blood. She was a devout Christian, and believed that God reserved a place in Heaven for her, because of her lineage. Needless to say, she was a bit delusional, and this would come into play during Ariadne’s early years. Ariadne’s mother was married, but Ariadne was conceived through an affair her mother had with a cousin, who was a carrier for the Nephilim gene.
When Ariadne was born, she received the recessive gene from both parents, making the dormant Nephilim powers in her prominent. Her powers started out as small, such as grabbing toys using psychokinesis, and changing her juice into soda pop. However, her mother noticed these, and believed her to be influenced by the Devil. She attempted to remove what she thought was Satan’s influence in her small daughter by using exorcisms. However, she had no success at removing her powers. Ariadne was now looked at in a different light by her parents, thought to be the spawn of Satan. For the next years of her life with her parents, Ariadne was locked in the attic. Her mother did not wish for the neighbors to see her demon daughter, and she kept up the façade that she had died from illness that tragically ended her short life. The only time she was allowed to explore the rest of the house was late at night, after sundown. When she wasn’t in the attic, Ariadne was being forced to read bible passages by her mother, while suffering her insults and put-downs.
Ariadne’s father (nonbiological) was not any better. Although he was not as delusional as his wife, most of the town knew of his (presumed mysteriously dead) devil daughter and her attempted exorcisms. This caused him to have a bad reputation in the town, and to be mistrusted. It was difficult for him to hold down a function in the town where he wasn’t mocked, and there was tension caused between him and his wife due to Ariadne’s existence. At the same time, he discovered that Ariadne, the daughter he thought was his, was the product of an affair his wife had. He took this out on Ariadne by abusing her, physically and sexually, as her mother abused her emotionally, and through neglect. As her parents took their anger and frustrations out on her over the years, Ariadne learned the true nature of her powers. Whenever she was abused, which was a time when her parents were angry and frustrated, she absorbed these strong emotions to fuel her powers, which explained why her parents always felt better after abusing her. She practiced her abilities in private, when she was confined to the attic. Ariadne could accurately predict when her mother would come in to feed her, and using telepathy to speak to the spiders in the attic. Their brainwaves were never particularly refined, and they didn’t exactly have a lot to talk about, but Ariadne still enjoyed talking to them, considering they were the only ones who would listen. Occasionally, she would not keep a proper grip on her powers, and through the emotions absorbed through her psychic vampirism, she would involuntarily send things flying across the room.
After living like this for a few years, Ariadne’s powers got so out of control that it changed her life forever. One day, when Ariadne was alone in the house with her mother, she came into her room with some bread and water for her to eat, and began insulting her. Usually Ariadne would take the insults without saying a word, but due to her vampirism, she began feeding off of her mother’s rage. This caused her to become angry as well, and with her powers, she sent the tray with the water flying across the room. The cup of water shattered, but the place the pieces fell was over the prongs of an attic candle. This caused the candle to fall to the floor, and rapidly off rage induced psychic influence, a fire started. It spread quickly to the dry wood in the attic, leaving Ariadne and her mother with no way out. Ariadne looked for a way out, but could find none. She closed her eyes tightly, and wished she was somewhere else, somewhere safe. Her powers teleported her away from the house, through psychokinesis, but her mother was not so lucky. She died in the blaze, and since her father was the only other person to know of Ariadne’s existence, he assumed that she had died along with her.
Ariadne, on the other hand, had teleported directly in front of an academy for magic users. She applied to become a student, even though she was only 8 years of age at the time, and started a new life. Ariadne stayed in this school until age 12. Her last year at the school, Ariadne had already learned everything that classes could teach, and was looking for something new to learn. The school was biased towards elementalists, and Aria wished to learn more magic related to the dark arts, witchcraft, hexcraft, demonology, and of course, more about her own powers as well. After seeing that this school had failed her, Aria transferred to a school devoted entirely to Dark Magic.
Ariadne is unpredictable and somewhat spontaneous at times. Not to be confused with hyperactive or having a lack of attention, contrary, she is very intelligent, but her powers play a part in her personality. Upon this, her upbringing was not adequate with dark and morbid aspects, she could be considered pessimistic as a result of her view on life. Her outlook on the world as a whole is “unique” said best.
Magic Specialties: She has access to a variety of psychokinetic abilities, most of these abilities come from the basis of ESP, the heart of her magical ability in itself comes from making things happen with psychic influences, but not so much magical she makes up for with uncanny psychic leverage. Her psychic aspects are not conveniently natural to her, everything she does is emulated as a result of being a psychic vampire, which she drains an individual or set group to fuel her powers, somewhat similar to a variety of predatorily creatures like the spider which feeds of prey once caught in a web. In likeness, the down and dirty effects of her mental vampirism at worst if unrestrained can induce upon her victims, potential effects to different degrees, such as a loss of emotions, sense of self, memories, and/or proper mentality (all of which however are not permanent, and simply requires a good night sleep to reset and restore). Generally people won’t even be able to recognize that they’re being drained, or fed from, unless they’ve been conditioned to recognize it. At worst, a person fully drained of all forms of consciousness, mentality or emotions are identifiable as zombies or not being home in their heads. Though ESP is her primary and she has more experience with it, she also has moderate knowledge of witchcraft, demonology, hexcraft, and necromancy, due to a tutor at her old school.
Weapon Preference: Ariadne likes small sharp things, shivs, daggers, knives or even needle. Anything she can lace with poison to use for stabbing someone with quickly and multiple times.
Pet: A former spider named Mammon, who after going through a magic ritual, became an araclich, basically a spider with magical properties. Mammon was a gift from a former classmate of Aria’s. Mammon is of compact size, and hides within her hair, clothes, or bag most times. He will only attack when he or his owner is threatened, or if Aria commands him to.
Other: Aria would like to be a teacher someday, or student teacher. It is possible that in the near future she may take up a teaching position at the school.

Bio: He was always an outcast at home and loathed it. Everyone in his family seemed to have entered the School for Light. All of course except him. This caused him , for once, to feel he belonged somewhere when he came the school in his junior year. He loved everything in the school and respected everything…everything that is until he learned that someone was going to be transferred into the school for the School for Light. At first, of course, he ignored that fact but once he noticed the amount of attention that student was getting his hate for that particular student started to rise once more. He was fueled by both anger and frustration; the scars he received from living with a family so full of them selves for being a part of the school he was never a part of started rising once more. He was nothing more than jealous of the student…He'd spend every chance he's get to try and torture the only light magic user in the premises….She did not belong here. And to add to all his problems, before his second year at the school ended his best friend, Rose, left the school without saying why or what was wrong. It was next day he'd find out through the news papers. Her father was dead and since then he never got to see her.

Age/year (out of 3) : Physically, Dorian appears 27 years of age (He is not 27 however, due to what seemed to be like accelerated aging, as a mixed result of push-pull between elven lineage and side effects from necromancy, Dorian lost count of his actual age when he was 14, then just stopped aging one day as per his elven blood to retain a young appearence) - first year at THIS school - three year semester transfer student.
Appearance: Dorian stands 6’1” with long frosty white hair, emerald like green eyes, fair skin which is pale in color that has traces of fine elven pigmentation. Dorian has a strong body, a well built bone structure which while masculine, shows physical diversity in elven finesse without actually appearing blatantly elvish. Dorian often wears dark articles, an over shroud and cloak of leathers tanned from the hide of black dragon, which drape upon him ideally, protecting him from many things. Even still below that, Dorian’s typical clothing consists of shaded mithril silks and reinforced cloths.
Classes taking:For the moment, Dark magic and history (Dorian never attends class, but still does his work and drops his assignments off in the teacher office dropbox, to each corresponding teacher appropriately). Dorian may enroll in other classes if he becomes interested in them sometime in the future.

Bio: Dorian comes from a long line of sorcerers, and for a long time, he has been attending schools for the craft. He was led to a school by spirits he was able to make contact with through necromancy, where he attended three years of tutoring. The school failed to help Dorian properly advance upon his magic, as it was a school heavily bias towards the favor of elementalists. Dorian spent much time studying the library books in that academy, and eventually deemed the school useless. One of Dorian’s familiars, Belial, informed Dorian of another school that not only had more talented students, but also produced better academic grades and was not bias at all, infact there were no mixed classes, it was a dark arts school exclusively. Dorian tested out of his former academy and transferred for his final semester towards the school for dark magic.
Magic specialties: Of dark magic - sorcery and advanced necromancy through infernalism are his natural talents. Aside from natural talent, Dorian is moderatly versed in demonology, hexcraft, and witchery. Dorian has no elemental affinity, and has a thing against shadowmancers (or elementalists in general) who use their magic superficially or in linaer ways.
Weapon preference: Heavy, things that are heavy, or have a heavy side, a few examples of these would be long spears, great swords, scythes, axe edged halberds, hammers and clubs or maces.
Pet: Dorian has several creatures which could be classified as familiars. Mephistopheles : An arcane augmented pit viper snake (or so it would seem), Belial : A young-adult black swamp dragon which often takes the smaller form of a crow for convenience purposes, and several spider colonies which he has raised and experimented on over the course of the years (The two most prominent augmented spiders are Abaddon and Azrael which seem to actually be twin hybrids of a wasp and scorpion).
Other: Dorian is a human, with traces of high elf lineage from the brood clan, a clan which dabbles and develops the elven magic to adapt to dark arts. Combining his human ambition for more power with previous "brood elven" magic, Dorian is (as it says in his magic specialty) a necromancer who develops his magic at the growth rate of a sorcerer who possesses latent inborn talent. Dorian is also able to speak "Antarian lexicon helltongue", as if it were his natural language (Dorian does not know why this is).

bio: Harlequin was born in Paris France. Her parents and her worked in a traveling circus. One night the High Wire that her parents worked on broke. Sending her parents to their deaths on to the big top floor bellow. Harlequin was then given to a science program called 'Infuse' where they tried to infuse human children with powers of shadow and other powers of races such as demons, vampire, lycans, elves ect. Harlequin was the only success, the other children where ripped apart by their powers. Durning the time that this program was going on there was a vampire and lycan infestation in underground Paris. So the leaders of the science program who called themselves the 'Creators' altered Harlequin even more, by fitting her with silver claws that she could retract and silver fanges. She went through years of training..And then was sent out to combat the vampires..But the 'creators' relized they could no longer control Harlequin. They sent her out into the world, they prayed she would give up on life but she didn't. She decided she would teach children what she knew....After a few years of wandering and training Harlequin applied for a job as a teach of a high school. Hoping she could help the next generation.
