He looked around for his car and spotted it. "Alright, ready to get back to the dorms?"

"I am getting pretty sleepy."

*she just nodded back and waited for him to unlock the door. she went into the car not saying a word*

He drove back to the school. The drive was pretty short now that he knew what roads to take. It was around midnight when they got back, and most of the school grounds were quiet, save the usual whisper of the mountain wind.

*she was still asleep when he pulled the car in. she looked relaxed as the moon shimmered through the car windows.*

Marcus got out of the car and gently carried Angel back into the house. He set her down in her bed and made sure his was locked up. He looked around outside the school. The last of the evening's snow fell. When it stopped, he walked back inside and went straight to bed.

*she fell into a dark sleep and nothing could wake her up, but she was burning wih a fever. while she was sleeping through the night, her body was creating little red bubbles on her skin.*

Marcus woke up the next morning a bit groggy and looked at the lesson plan. He put on his uniform and walked to the class he was supposed to substitute for.
