- tab tab tab Have you ever noticed how peaceful school are becoming nowadays?
I guess one would have to thank new laws and more severe punishments, right? Wrong. The
reason why schools are becoming more peaceful is due to Kodoku, a school for all of the
rotten apples to gather.
The school was built due to the growing population, it wasn't meant to be anything special.
How it became so famo-- infamous, rather, was due to the spark of competition. Four friends
entered the school when it was just built. These friends were so very different but still very
much alike in the sense that they held insane charisma! Eventually, each of them gathered
their own group of friends - or followers, depending on how you view the story. Anyways,
something set the friends off and before anyone knew it: they were fighting. This continued
until their graduation year with no clear winner or, much less, resolution. So the followers of
the four took it upon themselves to continue the fight.
No one really knows what started the argument and quite frankly, no one cares! The pride
each gangs held helped them to continue on war, making Kodoku a battle ground.
The school isn't a place where all delinquents are sent, but rather a gathering place for said
delinquents. With an easy enough entrance exam and a low tuition cost, sometimes normal
civilians are brought into the mess.
The four gangs at practically run the school are the Tsuki, Suta, Taiyo, and Chikyu gangs,
all named after the four friends. In this school anything goes, just don't get caught in the
crossfire and you should be just fine.
In addition to the gangs, there's the newly added Student Council. None of the members are
elected, just selected. The president runs the school with an iron fist and promises to shut
down the gangs!

The Tsuki gang is a more secretive and tactical gang. More often than not, members
of the gang only associate with one another. Any attack that the gang unleash are
well planned out and involve a lot of sneak attacks. Members of the gang are described
as cold and smart. The parts of the school that are "Tsuki territory" are the computer
lab and the library. Tsuki members are required to wear a yellow arm band with the gang
symbol in black. The leader of Tsuki wears a black arm band with the symbol in yellow.

The Suta gang is a best describe as a group of overly excited, dangerous children. It's
hard to see just how Suta wasn't washed off by the competition, unless you're in Suta.
Suta is full of stamina and pure feeling. If a member feels threatened, other Suta members
will not hesitate to attack and defend one another. By having a strong sense of comradeship,
the members are able to stay alive and well. Their attacks are more head-on and involve
a lot of heavy hitting. The parts of the school that are "Suta territory" are the gym and
auditorium. Suta members are required to wear a blue pin of their symbol. The Suta
leader wears a larger pin of the gang symbol

The Taiyo gang is full of savages! Well... sorta? Taiyo is a gang that just wants to fight.
Their members are strong and very violent. Without any sort of plan of escaping, a typical
Taiyo member would dive head first into a fight. They play as dirty as they can and don't
care who they hurt in the process. Most tend to stray away from the Taiyo gang due to
the risk of getting hurt, but for those hardcore fighting spirits, the Taiyo gang is family!
Their attacks are very direct and involve weaponry if possible. The parts of the school that
are "Taiyo territory" include the dorm building roof and gym courtyard. The Taiyo members
are giving a red charm in the shape of the gang symbol that is worn on a bracelet.
The Taiyo leader wears their charm on a necklace.

The Chikyu gang are certainly different! They are almost as tactical as the Tsuki gang
but not in gang warfare but rather in relations. Chikyu gang is able to attract members
due to their overall charming demeanor. Described as the "popular" group of the school,
Chikyu has better connections around the school than the rest of the gangs. Their attacks
are often elegant and graceful due to the group training all members are faced with. The
only thing smoother than their attacks are their words. They operate like a mafia. The
parts of the school that are "Chikyu territory" are the library roof and the dorm courtyard.
The Chikyu members are given purple ring bands with the gang symbol engraved in the
band. The Chikyu leader wears a silver ring band with a purple gem in the shape of the
gang symbol.

Well, s**t happens, ya' know? Kodoku probably wasn't your first choice, but you're here now!
So whether you're against the gangs or completely okay with all the violence, you're stuck in
this school! You've either come to accept the chaos that surrounds your or you're new here
and don't quite know where you fall. No matter what, you're technically under the command
of the student council President!
Maybe you're even part of the council, doing whatever it takes to rid the school of the gangs!
There's even the possibility that you're part of the patrol squad: a unit under the control of the
Vice President and more hellbent on putting an end to the gangs. You could very well be a
Criminal Informant, a young undercover agent sent in by the police to make sure that the
schools doesn't go up in flames.
Doesn't matter what role you play or who you side with, no one can point you out in a crowd
thanks to the fact that all students with no gang affiliation have no charms! Technically, the
whole school is your territory, but you feel a whole lot safer outside of gang turf.

- tab tab tab Koduko is set in a well populated Japanese district.
The school is completely fenced shut, some joke that it's to keep the "animals" in, which
might not actually be a joke. The main building is the first structure you see coming through
the gate. Behind it on the west side, is the gym building. If you exit from the main building,
you have to go through the gym courtyard to get to the building. Directly across from the gym
sits the library building, again you'd have to cross the gym courtyard. A bit away from these
structures is the courtyard for the dorm building.
Inside the main building there are five floors. The first floor has the cafeteria and auditorium
as well as classrooms. The third floor host the computer lab as well as classrooms. The rest
of the floors just have classrooms. Pets are not allowed in the main building.

tab tab tab the principal asks that you at least try to follow them
one} classes begin at 8AM. please be in your designated classroom at that time. lunch begins
at 12AM. students are allowed to return to their dorms for lunch. classes will resume at 1PM
and officially end at 3PM. students must return to their dorms at 8PM, but before then they are
allowed in the other buildings.
two} during the school week students are not allowed to leave the school. the only exceptions
are holidays, family emergencies, or medical emergencies. for medical emergencies, the
students are to report to the district hospital. students are allowed to leave on sundays but
must return before 8PM
three} there is a school uniform. please
try not to modify it in any way. you are required to wear your uniform during classes.
four} no drugs or alcohol. any prescription medication must be checked in and
given to the school nurse who will keep it in her office.
five} no violence on or off of school grounds. please don't bring weapons into the
main building area.
six} all staff members are to be treated with respect.
seven} only students are allowed in the dorm building. there may be special
occasions where legal guardians are allowed but the staff will inform students if this is the
case.
eight} the school is not accountable for any lost or stolen items. if a student is
caught stealing, the student will be expelled and expected to return the items.

there is a minimum three paragraph per post rule!! a paragraph (at least to me) consist of
seven well written sentences. there is no real limit on how much you can post, but please give
something for others to respond to. no ooc posting without an ic post but i would recommend
that all ooc content stay in the ooc thread. we'll be able to plot and all that fun stuff in the ooc
thread if you wish! post as much as you possibly can, please! if you're going to go away for
awhile, send a message to this account or tell one of the mods. at least one post per week.
if you're gone for more than ten days i'll shoot you a message and if you don't respond within
five days, we'll move on without you and i'll remove your character. pretty layouts are not
necessary just deeply appreciated! no bright colors like yellow/cyan for your ic content, please!
size 9 - 11 font for actual roleplay stuff but the size of decoration is up to you! for layouts please
don't stretch out the page with a large image.

send all profiles and reserves to this account with the name of the gang you're interested in
joining. in order to keep the male to female ratio close, there will be periods of time where we
won't be accepting characters of certain genders. please try to make the characters reasonable
and understand the setting that they're in. unless there's a plausible reason, we shouldn't have
too many sweethearts hanging around. try to make your characters unique and interesting!!
remember there are really no "bad" guys here but at the same token no "good" guys so just have
fun and be creative!! we are allowed to deny your profile if the character doesn't seem to fit the
roleplay. another thing to remember is that there are no super powers!! these are just normal
teenagers - just sorta stronger and better at fighting! keep the ages reasonable no one younger
than fourteen and no one older than nineteen. like the genders, i'm going to be trying to keep the
ages varying so keep that in mind.

there should be fights - lots of them! try and make the fights count for something. it's not
required that you stick to the fighting style of the gang you join, but it would be better. try to be
as detailed and fair as possible. no godmodding!! i will message you if i believe you're gming! no
one can miss every shot or land every punch. if you're character gets stabbed; they're gonna
bleed! be realistic, or at least as much as you can be! no metagaming! meaning that not one
person (aside from those in charge) can know everything about everyone! if someone is up to
something and they don't tell your character, your character is not going to know about it.
understand that certain characters are already stronger than other characters. so i don't want to
see any messengers or regular people being able to take down gang leaders!!

no cybering, plain and simple. this roleplay isn't based around love/romance but i'm totally
cool with it happening! however let's try to stray away from cliches like forbidden lovers? i mean
it can happen but not try not to overuse it. avoid making your character a "love interest" type. i
tend to not accept those people. let the love happen don't rush things. there can already be
crushes and relationships because most of the kids have been in the school prior to this year.
all sexualities are welcomed, but - again - try to mix it up!

for the colors, a quick way to do it is by pasting the code to notepad and using the
replace all tool found under the 'edit' tab! there will only be three colors required for
the full profile but only one for the reserves!
if you want to join the patrol squad, criminal informants, or student council you
would still put "no gang" in the gang section and "(group) member" in the position
section for the profiles and reserves!

The dorm building has four floors. The first one is a general lobby/locker area and the rest of the
floors are for the student rooms. There are two elevators, each located at the end of the hallways
as well as a staircase. The dorm rooms have a shared kitchen, living room, and bath room as
well as two private study rooms and bed rooms. The doors leading from the bathroom to the bed
rooms are locked using the same key. The students use their student IDs to lock and unlock
those rooms, the IDs are also used to enter the dorm room, unless unlocked from the inside.
Pets are allowed.

electronically locked. In the case of an emergency where the building needs to be evacuated,
all doors will automatically unlock.
