http://i37.tinypic.com/33ol8qg.pngAdalia waved a goodbye as her new... friends walked away. Staring into the water in front of her, Adalia ran the word through her mind. She hadn't had too many real friends in her lifetime. There were the people she would eat lunch with and occasionally have sleepovers with, but the person, or well the animal, that she had been closest too was Haku. Adalia liked the possibility of becoming close with this girl she had just met.

Haku nudged his nose gently at Adalia's arm. Adalia jerked back into the real world from the daydream she had been in. Looking around her she saw how dark it had gotten. Adalia stood up and smoothed down the pleats of her skirt and brushed excess pebbles from her hands. She stretched her hands up above her head then turned and walked back through the rustling grass towards the dorm building.

Isaak blew a cloud of thick smoke from his nostrils like an old dragon, his sharp eyes piercing through it as if it had not existed in the first place. "That's not a polite way to start a conversation with someone you don't know." He said sliding off the machine ever so smoothly and taking a slight bow in his unusual dress up of boxers and combat boots. "Isaak, and people around here generally don't bother me which gives me the idea that you are new, or just never existed within the areas of which I coincide." He jumped back onto the washing machine as he was before. His sharp eyes scanning over the girl, not with interest but mainly just to try and get an over all sense of what kind of person she was, or freak. Whichever she preferred. Isaak rather preferred the title of a "Freak" sort of put him on a different species, though he might as well be with his gifts. He shrugged it off and leaned back against the wall pulling his knees up and continuing to enjoy his cigarette, the comforts of life, things that killed your body but made you feel good. Ironic.

"It isnt? Just kidding, I know it isnt polite but does it really matter?" She laughed and looked at him. He was dressed a bit unusual. Serena smiled, well it didnt concern her how he dressed. "Well if you want me to be polite i'll try. My name is Serena and this is my first year here, so thats why I was joking around with you." She sat down on the cold, hard floor. Her back against one of the washing machines. She watched how he continued smoking and closed her eyes, trying to ignore the smoke. Serena never liked the smoke from cigarettes but she also didnt hate it.

Finishing his cigarette Isaak flicked the butt across to the opposite wall and slowly leaned his head on his knees as if he was to go to sleep. He had slept enough as it had been in the first place, but it was the laundry room, not much to do in there. He felt comfortable against the rocking metal machine and its vibrant hum under him.
When the washer stopped Isaak slid off and then started throwing everything into the dryer, this machine was much louder, and of course, off balance from the loud banging it made against the wall every time it was turned on. To some it would be annoying but to him it was just something that helped a** the time as he slid back on top of the washer and lay across the other machines that were turned off. He stared at the ceiling for a moment and closed his eyes as he started humming softly to himself some random song that was stuck in his head. He swung his right foot side to side in boredom while resting it over the opposite knee minding his own business once more as though he were alone again.

Serena looked up when she noticed that Isaak was humming. She chuckled. Already getting bored she started to count the washing machines. "12" she murmured. Next were the drying machines. "6 of them..." Serena suddenly started to laugh. Was she crazy or something? She must be if she was counthing washing and drying machines. She shook her head. This was not good. Not good at all. "So..... Why are you on this school?" she asked Isaak.

He noticed the girl had spoken to him, he was off in his own world earlier though he knew she was laughing at something he just chose to ignore it. "Because I'm a freak that's why." He answered honestly not bothering to sit up, "Why do you think anyone is here in the first place?" Isaak asked yawning. He continued humming to himself, he didn't really want to talk to some first year all night, the stupid laundry should finish already so he could go back to his own room. He was of course going to do what he always did, spend most of his time messing with his photos and listening to music as loud as he felt was necessary.

"Isnt everybody a freak in some way? Since everyone has something that isnt really "normal", like a strange hobby, weird parents, powers like us....." Serena fell silent. He didnt seem like he wanted to talk to her so she stayed quiet. She let her eyes wander trough the room, past the washing machines and Isaak. She put her hands in her pockets and leaned backwards, her head against the wall. Something was in her pockets, since she didnt knew what she took it out. Serena smiled when she saw the drawing that she made from Elias. She grabbed in her other pocket and found her pencil. Serena now tried to make the picture more real with shading and fading stuff.

Jade loosened her tie as stepped onto the school's campus, her bags already settled in her dorm. She took this opportunity to explore her new home, get familiar with the locations of classes and whatnot. The day was deplorable, gray and chilly. Jade didn't mind at all, she found sunshine to be irritating most of the time. She sighed as as the wind brushed against the back of her knees, looking around at her rather bleak surroundings. She continued through a small collection of trees, admiring their calming effect.

sometimes we all need a little help.
"Yeah, some of us worse than others." He added as he jumped down and started pulling his clothes out of the dryer and into the basket, he was comfortable enough in the moment to walk around in boxers and boots, after all he was the crazy one. "Have fun kid, this place gets very creepy when your here alone." Isaak said before he left closing the door behind him and strolling down the hallway with the basket of clothes against his side. He knew from his pictures, after spending a couple days in the laundry room alone he noticed how creepy the place was, the cracked and rotting walls of an industrial green and gray, the old machines, the water staining the floor, the horrible lighting. He still had the photos around on his collections. That place was great if you were into being a crazier person.

A few of the younger students tried to make as if they were not staring at him, but Isaak knew, and didn't care. All his life people had stared at him, he was never bothered by it, he heard a few giggles every now and again as he made his way down the hallways heading up to his room. He was in a good mood compared to the other years, this was his last year in this god forsaken school, he would be free soon. Isaak could almost taste the air of the free cities, he could almost visualize the sights of all the places he wanted to visit. Before he knew it he had made his way to his door and just walked in closing it behind him, dropping the basket down nowhere in particular and sitting on the swivel chair by the desk and turning the volume up on the speakers filling the room with music.
