Staying behind the others and keeping quiet. Yes a Weapon was not supposed to speak anyways, right? Well unless they were asked to speak. Yes her training from before really did shape and actually in some ways broke her though she was rebuilt stronger in a sense as well. Granted shedding blood was not what she liked when she fought one could almost see a joy in seeing the blood spray from her enemies. Maybe it was because her eyes were red and people thought that she was some kind of blood loving demon. Shea was always used to be treated as nothing more than a weapon, being called whatever her Handler wanted to call her, being treated how ever they thought it was necessary. Since becoming a weapon she has lost what being loved and being kind is.

Watching as the boy had bowed to her when she came on scene, really why bow to her? She was nothing but a weapon, her place was way below him. Though she just nodded her head to him. Keeping silent as she noticed him kind of looking at her. Shea was used to being stared at so it did not bother her. Modesty was something else she had forgotten as well. As Nariko took to the rooftops as well as Tenchi. Really such show offs, well she thought that. In every sense of the word her body was really just a normal human girl body so doing things out of the normal was something she could not do. Running along the ground until she found some crates stacked against a wall, using those she jumped up them to the roof of a smaller dwelling before taking off after the Commander and Tenchi. Yes they really moved swiftly and quickly, but Shea was no slouch herself. She had caught up to them just in time to see someone kneeling in front of the Commander.


The new male did not seem to be an enemy,maybe he was someone sent to help them from the school or maybe from their destination. Either way she like always just stayed in the back, keeping her distance. Yes getting close to people did scare her a bit. She knew her only goal in life was to find a Handler and stay with them till either she became broken beyond repair and died or her Handler died. Yes her life was truly a pitiful one, and though she might wish for a different one she would never want someone to go through what she did.

Hwarrang stood after a moment and looked around. "allow me to create a diversion and draw and demons around the building away. i cant promise more then 5 minutes of distraction time before they return to the site however. this would give you a good opportunity in teaching the new students how important a mission can be when the goal is just within reach."

what Hwarrang was implying is his distraction would draw the demons in time for them to move in and get the survivors, what it would come down to is the race back to the academy. the students possition and cordination with each other would be vital to fend the demons off from the survivors . this could be a suicide mission but if everything goes to plan he would return to the group before any fatal attacks fall upon him

The group finally made it to the ledge of a building that was near the hospital that mysteriously wasn't surrounded by the demons her comrade reported to her. Nariko was about to speak until a shadowy figure kneeled before her on one knee. "No-" She was about to tell him there was no need for that until he began to speak of a distraction. Ebony eyes silently averted to the hospital, sadly knowing that it was risky to let one comrade become the decoy while the rest help the civilians escape. Nariko sighed heavily before speaking, turning around to look Hwarrang straight in the eyes. "You better be careful." She said in a serious but more demanding tone. "If it get's too hairy you come back to us ok or I will come for you. I don't leave my comrades behind." The dark haired commander analyzed their surroundings in case of a ambush but there was no figure moving through the dark shadows of the buildings.

"Be on your guard for now. Let's approach, someone stay up here in case it's a ambush.... it's just... something isn't right." Nariko jumped down from the building and ran towards the front doors of the hospital that were blocked with a bunch of wide tables and chairs. A citizen peeked and quickly pulled some chairs and tables out of the way to get out and ran up to Nariko. He seemed about eighteen and was wearing very raggedy clothes that seemed like he had them on for years, torn pants revealing some bruises on his skin. "Thank god someone's come to rescue us!" Nariko showed that bright smile after hearing his words but suddenly the sound of howling echoed from afar. The commanders smile immediately disappeared and looked around before turning her gaze to the teen. "Hurry! Get everyone out of there NOW!" She ordered.

The boy showed a frantic look and quickly ran for it back inside the hospital. Closing the door and placing the table and chair to block the doorway. "Dammit!" Nariko murmured under her breath. Suddenly a wolf covered in chains jumped out from a building on Nariko's left, Long sharp ebony claws stretch out to impale her and so were his jaws revealing those canine teeth that terrified many people in their dreams. Nariko's eyebrows narrowed, swiftly holding her arm back just in time to concentrate some of her energy into her right hand and swung forward towards it's face. Making such a hard impact into it's skull, the sound of it cracking satisfied Nariko. Sending the beast flying back into the wall of the building it came from. That took some energy out of Nariko, letting out quick pants from her parted pastel lips. The sound of more howling overcame the silence, letting them know that more was coming and they need to be quick to get the civilians out of this area and back to the academy.

Sound of howls and loud growling emerged from the shadows from the dark houses. Out walked a couple wolves from each house, simply were waiting for the right meal to come along and devour them to quench their thirst for bloodshed and flesh. Chains tightly wrapped around their furry bodies, claws digging into the dark earth. All having their eyes on Nariko and not the others that still stood above to witness such beasts.

The alpha came out from the crowd, crouching down as it pierced it's red gaze into Nariko's eyes. Suddenly it's pack began to howl to the red moon, alpha roars at Nariko, slamming both it's front paws up and down onto the ground repeatedly in anger but also in enjoyment. The stench of blood rose off these cannibalistic beasts.

Tenchi Hyzuki-The Last Leaf

Tenchi Hyzuki came to a sudden stop to see Hwarrang whom was a captain within the academy. He heard the two talking and thought in his mind about how the idea would work but kept his ideas to himself. He would allow the captain and commander of the academy to make the tactical moves. Tenchi began to follow Commander Nariko-Sama again. He stood near Nariko as the rebel citizen thanked the heavens that someone came to rescue them. All of a sudden a monstrous beast came rushing out of no where attempting to attack Nariko-Sama. Nariko-Sama was bad a** and knocked it the F*** out. Tenchi spun his staff in the air and around his body a little bit to get a flow ready as he soon stopped holding his staff on his shoulder with both hands in the middle of the staff. With the staff shorter above his hands he was able to swing quicker with the of course shorter distance from the enemy, but this left him being able to defend multiple enemies off because the other half of the staff was below his hands.

In Tenchi's mind he thought about how it was his job in this mission to protect the people who were held up in the hospital. The thought of the monsters getting to the people was horrifying thus making his life invaluable to the cause of keeping them safe.
Also in Tenchi's mind he observed the creatures. They were wolf like creatures, with a 3.5 - 5 point ratio out of 10 humanoid brain capacity, their armor rate appear to be around 1 out of 10, their health and stamina appear to be very large, and their speed and strength was incredible. Tenchi knew that this battle would be incredibly difficult however with Nariko-Sama's power showed she could handle these creatures which re-ensured him that they could win.

Tenchi held a strong fighting stance in front of the door the refugees were at, ready for any enemies whom came close.

he gave out a held back laugh not very audible " my Lady how long have i been in service of the school and not once have i needed to be resc....... on second thought there was that one time but i was a first year student it couldnt be helped at that time.... but i shall keep your orders."

he said with a overwelming bright smile and with that he bowed and took off to make a long way around the hospital to create his diversion. as he ran he dodged low hanging branched, hurdled over low brush and stepped over fallen trees as he made his way though the over grown streets of the almost forgotten town. as he went he activated his chain snare the chains making them coil around anything that was nearby and detach from him. this was how he layed out his second power. as they coiled around street signs, trees, or simply layed out on the ground he was setting up his escape route and that way the commander would know his location and how close he was to them on the escape route. he finally stopped in a ally way his hands reaching out in both directions almost touching the 2 buildings that stood next to him. the last of his chains slithering out and snaking up the sides of the building almost like vines. once all his chains was gone he stepped back out of the ally way away from the blast radius.

" now it is time for the fireworks.... let the festivities begin."

soon his always joyful smile had contorted into what seemed like rage as he activated his justu focusing on the ki imbued chains on the buildings. they explode sending a shockway out from the buildings and destroying the support beams collapsing the building in a brilliant show of fire shrapnel and stone dust billowing up into thick clouds. the sound of the explosion echoed

".... i hope that was loud enough to draw them to me or i will be really pissed"

he said almost through gritted teeth. he will have to spend most likely half a day in isolation for his anger and rage to leave him after this mission but for now his body gave into the thrill of distruction and the thought of blowing a few demons up

Hearing the male and Noriko talk about a diversion, well it was sound tactic but still it involved a lot of risk. Yet a the moment they just needed to save the civilians,so loosing here was not an option even if it meant a comrade could possibly die. Yes Shea saw a lot of death in her short lifespan, more than anyone should. As Noriko seemed to agree to the man's request she had already been taking into account the rather quiet before the storm atmosphere. When Noriko said someone should stay behind in case of an ambush Shea had volunteered.

Standing on the rooftop and waiting, her eyes scanning, her ears listening, well as best as they could anyways as she felt a chill run through her. She knew something bad was going to happen, the demon sword that was now a part of her thirsted for blood, to rid this place of everything. Then she heard it, the sound of explosions and the sound of a wolf's howl. Though it was loud and almost paralyzing, it was the direction from which it came. She knew she could not stand on the sidelines now, she had to help them. Jumping down from the building as she began to make her way towards the hospital and trying to stay as quiet as she could. Shea withdrew the sword that was tied to her waist and advanced forward. Yes she hated killing and shedding blood but in some ways she revealed in it, she was afraid but not afraid at the same time. As she finally rounded a corner she could feel the evil before she saw the wolves, her head peeking from around the corner to assess the situation, it seemed that Noriko and Tenchi were kind of blocked in but Shea now also have the wolves retreating exit blocked. Granted not much one little girl could do.

Tenchi Hyzuki-The Last Leaf

Tenchi looked where the large explosion of falling buildings were at. He thought to himself how an awful idea that was because more noise causes more enemies to come, scavengers, stronger monsters looking for fights, but when wolves with mid-level humanoid brain capacity sees a foe...Tenchi didn't know if distraction was good enough. His thoughts escaped him as he remembered Shea wasn't with them, so she was somewhere else. The boy's heart raced his pupils decreased in size allowing him to see things in more detail.
A wolf leaped at him in which he spun his staff letting loose his robe onto the foes head and then slamming down with his staff on the demon wolf's head. Tenchi wore a blue and white skin tight suit underneath which he always wore with of course his weights on his legs and wrists. Another wolf lept at him but with his eyes he saw a perfect move in play. He swung his staff swiftly to catch the chain it had on its back to move it through the air before releasing contact and spinning it to end his sequence of moves with a slam up attack which launched the wolf through the air immobilizing it.
He quickly looked at Nariko-Sama and yelled at her because the only thing on his mind was Shea-Chan.
"Nariko-Sama, where is Shea-Chan?! We can't leave her stranded out there.."
Tenchi said holding a defensive position in front of the door of the hospital.

Nariko kept her eyes on the wolfs emerging from the darkness, the hunger in their eyes ran deep and bloodthirsty for more bloodshed and flesh for their jaws to chomp down. The commander didn't flinch when Tenchi did a few movements when he dealt with the two wolfs coming at him but yelled to her about Shea's whereabouts. She finally looked to him, the concern on his face was great and Nariko knew that he cared deeply about her. "Go find her. I will take care of this situation." She yelled back before looking into the alpha's eyes.

The sound of the explosion that occurred during this battle caught most of their attention and a couple fled towards the sound, including the alpha but left a few behind. Nariko charged first towards one wolf, focusing all her energy into her right leg before leaping into the air towards it and kicked it straight in the face. Catching the wolf off guard completely, few of it's teeth sputtered out in it's own blood and his skull slammed straight into the ground. The wolf struggled to get up and Nariko landed few steps away from it. Unsheathing her katana slowly while making eye contact with it, the blade gleamed and reflected from the moonlights call and yearned to run through the flesh and bone of this abomination before her.

The wolf charged towards her this time, leaping into the to strike down at her as she did it but this time Nariko blocked it's attack with her katana, the sharp edge holding it's claws back and seeping deep into it's front paws. Blood oozed from the wound and the wolf jumped back and whined in pain but quickly went back to growling once more. Another wolf came running from behind Nariko to get a sneak attack but surprisingly she sensed the beast coming and quickly leaped high in the air, back flipped and landed right behind. Tip of her blade pierced the ground while she slowly rose up with, panting increasing from the energy she just used on the second beast.

Shea had just missed some wolves fleeing as she heard her name being mentioned. How her name seemed to just roll of Tenchi's tongue sent a rather soft smile to her face. But it was no time to act like that, she was a weapon, a tool for killing and it was about time she acted like it. She noticed a wolf trying to sneak up on Tenchi and Noriko, as they conversed. Shea sprang into action as she moved forward her sword at the ready as she sliced at its side. "Really you two do not need to worry about me. Just focus on the the goal of freeing and helping the people trapped here." Yes she could really be cold hearted when it came to the topic of herself. She did not see herself as a human any longer so the need to be treated like one eluded her at times. She really had been mentally broken if you will and was put back together is such a wrong way.

As the wolf lunged again Shea once more went in for the attack. She though caught its paw this time instead of hitting it in the chest. Really these things had a lot of power behind their attacks. The sword inside of her wanted to be used, to be covered in this demon's blood but she had no way of slaking its thirst for blood, she could not just transform and swing on her own, no she needed a handler and the sooner the better.

Tenchi Hyzuki-The Last Leaf

The day had begin to become night time as the three fought the wolves. It appeared as the plan of distraction did not work seeing as they were still surrounded by what seemed like endless amount of demons. Transporting the villagers at night did not appear like an option anymore, in Tenchi's opinion. Tenchi was a tactical genius but given no authority to make calls or shots, however he was able to execute his tasks in the way he saw fit, which was to protect the citizens within the hospital, protect teammates, and pretty much defend off any demon/monster from any human/ally.

Tenchi sighed in relief as Shea-Chan revealed her self from the shadows. Tenchi had night vision eyes which gave him the same advantage as the wolves, seeing that wolves have a keen since of eye sight in the dark and smell. His team mates would most likly have a problem in the dark so he decided to shed some light on the problem. Fire naturally made wolves afraid however he was sure it wouldn't make the demon wolves run but it might give his team a small defense bonus. Tenchi had an ability where he was able to focus his energy through any object or weapon, amplifying its damage power, however he had been experimenting it on elemental effects. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath attempting to use his ability with an element. He first threw some fire starting liquid which splashed the ground and second he pulled out his fire starting stones, Tenchi focused his energy into the stones and clashed them together. His energy amplified the spark into a flame which exploded infront of his face, burning his hands and causing a small sound wave to throw him back. The spark and flames he caused to explode ignited the fire starting oil on the ground causing a large fire between the demons and the hospital door. Tenchi whence in pain from his hands being burnt but stood up acting like he was fine.
"I am okay. Nariko-Sama, we need a new tactic if we are to survive the night and keep these people alive, I-."
He said before stopping abruptly as his vision saw some wolves near the side of the back get into attacking position and go off into a different direction. His since of hearing wasn't as high as his vision but he thought he heard in a faint voice a curse word. Tenchi picked up his staff and ran towards that direction.
"There is someone over there! Nariko-Sama, I have to save them...Defend the hospital door I will be back! I will be back!."
Tenchi yelled as he ran and slammed his staff against demon wolves which attempted to attack him. He ran off into the dark but his vision made it appear almost like it was day. Tenchi defended himself from the wolves that followed him and found himself in an ally way where a girl whom was knocked down because of a sudden chain attack from a demon wolf. Tenchi spun his staff and launched it like a spear but with more force because of the spin and lung of his body. The staff pierced the wolf straight through flying and sticking a hairs length, near the unknown girls head, in the ground.

Tenchi's heart raced with his eyes opened wide as the demon fell to its side on the ground dead.
"We don't have time we have to get to the hospital where my squad is at. They will help us survive."
Tenchi said as he held his hand out to the girl before pull his long staff out.
"My name is Tenchi Hyzuki."
He said hoping they could hurry back to defend the hospital. In Tenchi's mind he thought about all of the tactical situations that could happen for them to survive and complete their objective. The percentage of the mission being a 100% complete was deceasing slightly as it being night now they would have to gather the citizens up and move them during the day for better vision support. Tenchi's only tactical opinion he could come up with is that they defend from the wolves until morning and stay the night at the hospital, other wise if they moved the citizens at night more horrifying monsters could come and slay everyone in the group. Tenchi's mind also attempted to focus off the pain in his hands as they were burnt slightly.

Relief swept over the commander to see everyone but worried mostly for Hwarrang since he was risking his life to occupy the alpha and a few other wolves for them to evacuate the civilians. Nariko felt exhausted from dodging but also fusing all her raw energy into a punch and kick. Suddenly a the ground began to shake from underneath her and soon she realized that another one of the students came to her rescue, Sadae. At first Nariko was angry that she would come after them alone but still lucky to have her hop in at the right moment to get their attention.

But that is when everything went downhill, one of the wolfs threw it's chain towards Sadae and grabbed her ankle, slamming her to the ground before closing in on her. Nariko was about to run off to help her until Tenchi said he would save her and come back but for now they needed to hurry up and move or else all this effort and fighting would be for nothing. "Dammit!" Nariko ran towards the glass doors of the hospital, aiming her katana and inhaled deeply before raising her sword up and slashing at the glass. Shattering into pieces and some of the chairs and tables stumbled out onto the ground, revealing the baffled civilians.

"If you want safety come with us! Those that don't want to come stay here with these demons if you want. We can't stay here any longer!" The people stood silent in fear but then looked to each other and nodded before following behind Nariko. "Excuse me miss." Suddenly a boy yelled out to her, tugged at her kimono with a bright smile. "My leg hurts..." He whined. Nariko knelt down on one leg but kept an eye out in case a wolf decides to jump at the boy. His right leg severely bruised and a bit of flesh was revealed. Without hesitation she turned around for the boy to climb on her back, his warm arms wrap around her neck gently. The boys mom smiled brightly at Nariko before bowing down as a thank you. "We didn't have the medicine nor supplies to heal the wound. Everything in the hospital was taken." Nariko looked back at the hospital, wondering if maybe there were more people out there in this chaos. "Let's go!" Nariko spoke loudly for all to hear and quickly started to run and so did the civilians. "Tenchi! I need you on their left. Shea I need you on the right! Sadae I need you to be behind the civilians and I will be right beside you. We need to get out of here now!" Nariko bellowed, hoping that Hwarrang would make it back in time to tag along.

Shea had not really cared about the small scrapes she was getting, they would heal and really they would not cause too much damage to appear in her Demon Sword form. As the ground shook a bit, she stumbled but used her sword to keep upright, she knew that the building should still be rather sound so wherever it was coming from was not good at all. Though it seemed that Tenchi could see in the darkness as he went to help her, well after he cause a big fire explosion. Really were they trying to just bring the hospital down on their heads? They were supposed to be rescuing the citizens inside not burying them and themselves alive.

As he took off after someone she stayed behind to fight and keep the wolves back, though her power being limited in her human form she was barely keeping the job done. Digging into her pack to throw some daggers at one, she just guessed his position by the sound of his dragging chains, hearing him whimper was enough to know that her daggers hit their mark. When Noriko went off to get the citizens out and then gave the orders she nodded her head and took up the position she was given..
