"Definitly wont see me in class." Kyo responed as the teacher disappeared. "Well that was awkward." He said to Elly.

 "mmhmm... very" Elly agreed, but knew it would be an interesting year. "so what is your gift or power... if you dont mind me asking" she wondered, examining him. |

"I can control the darkness or shadows as some like to say." He replied to her. "And can you control anything else but light?"
|

"actually I can control darkness also...thoguh I suppose thats the main reason I am here" Elly said with a sigh. "I still don't know what all I can do with this power...its quite confusing" she told him and gave a thinking/aggrivated look but then laughed, not really liking to be serious. |

"Hmm, so you've just recived the power of darkness?" He asked, quite serious.

"well...it happened about 4 or 5 years ago...kinda by accident..." Elly told him and rubbed the back of her neck looking to the side. "you see, my brother was a darkness elemental and I a light. we were playing outside one day and I thought it would be fun to mimic my brother with his incantations and all and when I did, I felt my body become kinda...paralyzed I guessk. when that happened I obtained Darkness and accidentally...killed, my brother" she said, the last part a bit more quiet the the rest. |

Killed... Kyo thought, surprised by how she obtained her darkness powers. "Wow, I didn't think those things happened"

"neither did I until after it happened...I mean, my parents didn't think anything like this was possible either so they never said it was bad to try the same hand moves like his" she said bashfully. "on the plus side, since I have my light and darkness powers, I am able to go to the spirit world where I can see my brother so thats still good" Elly said, her mood a little better. |

"Yeah I guess so...but promise me one thing. No mimicing me okay?" He said laughing trying to cheer her up and not realizing that he might have made things worse.

"don't worry about that. I won't do any mimicing until I can control at least something with my darkness. though It might be different this time around considering darkness is a part of me now" Elly stated with a smile. ((I must go to bed now. have a wonderfull time <3 )) |

"well if you need any help, you can just ask me, okay?" He said smiling at her.

Elly's face lit up with admiration. "thanks, that means so much to me. but ill try not to bother you a lot since I know that can get annoying" Elly said with a smile of confirmation and kindness.
