Sei sits quietly for a second before smirking and stepping back. 'I'll let them be for now.'

"You're getting annoying with these straight-forward attacks kid." Takeshi says moving out of the way of his attack and sending a few blades of wind away, 2 towards Rand, 2 in a seemingly random direction.

"I'm used to this kind of thing; and anyway, i wasn't the one that nearly got stuck as a statue!" Shadow instantly retaliated, clenching her remaining hand as she struggled to control the other. "What would you have done if Shimo wasn't heading that way already?! What if you got attacked on the way here!" She nearly shouted, not willing to lose as she set her hand and, well, remains of a hand on her hips, leaning forwards slightly. 'Please, if there's anything powerful up there, please do not let my clothes catch on fire right now.'

Rand stretched his hand towards Takashi and a bolt of electricity shot out at him. The electricity split, and most of it went around Takashi to encase him in itself, while the rest shot straight at him still. The two wind blades that he shot were taken off mark and slightly powered down by the electric surrounding Rand, but they still hit him. Pain shot through the wounds and up through his already pain filled body. The new wounds, however, only hurt a bit more than the rest of his body so he didn't notice it much.

"Ok, ok, ok! I'm sorry, I was just acting one instinct. You just looked worn out from your last attack and plus you being weakened by the silver, it just seemed you were the one that needed my attention more." He said, seeing Shadow's temper rise, "Anyway, we don't have time for this, let's go."

Shadow paused in thought, before giggling quietly. 'I wasn't expecting to win that one.' Mastering herself again, she glanced at Sei critically again, before sighing in resignation. "We're all beaten up, eh? Let's head back...." She trailed off, a puzzled look reigning over her face as she turned slowly in a circle, peering uneasily into the darkness.
"umm....who knows how to get back?"

Sei takes a deep breathe and puts his hands on the wall. A few seconds later he smirks. "I do." He says and the crystal expands in a thin line to create a quick path back to the boss. "I can finally use my powers without concern..."

"Ah.... This is troublesome..." Takeshi says, watching as the electricity surrounds him and continues to him. He puts his scythe in the direction of attack and absorbs it, still hurting him all the same, but just his arm.

((Zac, Shadow get back quick, lol. I think this is about Rand's last attack.. sorry if I'm auto hitting or anything))

Rand saw the attack being absorbed, but it didn't matter. Not for what he wanted to do. As soon as the electricity made a solid current from Rand to Takashi's scythe he sprung his.. trap if you will. He focused all of the electricity that he had gathered in his body into his arm. It shot out like a cannon ball being fired. The sudden burst of energy made Rand's body feel drained while his arm felt like it was being run over with a steam roller, but from the inside out. The electricity shot down the current and when it hit the scythe not all of it stayed together, and it exploded out. Hurry... I think... I think this is all I got left in me... Rand thought hopeing that somehow Zac, Shadow, or Sei could hear him somehow.

Shadow twitched, and instantly a bad feeling settled heavily in her stomach. "Thanks, Sei. Now, we gotta get back as quick as possible!" She grinned, before turning and sprinting down the cystal path, grimacing as the swinging flame by her side dyed lines into her retinas. 'gotta hurry up! come on, body, move, move, move!'
Stumbling several times, she snarled angrily at herself, fustrated by the fact that her flesh wasn't able to keep up with her mind. But, that wasn't right; she could barely keep track of what was going on. 'Did i really find Sei? Or am i still looking for him? Ugh; this darkness will never go away!' Struggling to ignore these thoughts, she just desperately ran down Sei's crystal path, hoping that she would find someone soon.

Zac saw Shadow struggling while she was following the path. He took off, flying only about a foot from the floor, speeding up planning to pick up Shadow.

Takeshi grits his teeth as the scythe absorbs the blast and a lot of the power get transferred into his arm. "Dang... it...." He says, before putting his free hand to his shoulder. "Get it off!" Takeshi says and a blade of wind slices through his arm, taking it off and it disintegrates from the electricity. Just his scythe falls into a pile of ash and disappears into the wind. "GAH!" He yells out, stumbling back a few steps. When Takeshi pulls him self together, he looks down and smirks. "Deja vu..."
Shimo groans slightly and looks up. He stares up at the ice pillar... that was now destroyed. Takeshi's earlier blades had hit it hard enough to shatter it and Sei's blade was now laying on a pile of ice. Shimo tries to pull himself up to try and get the blade before Takeshi or anyone bad person to come into the room., but fails repeatedly.

Sei watches them run off before coughing up blood again. "Dang..." He says, walking into the wall, slowly disappearing into it. Once he completely disappears, his paw appears near the doorway, slowly followed by the rest of him. Once he was out, he looks into the room and at the situation. "Come..." Sei says under his breathe and the blade suddenly disappears and reassembles in his hand. He then hides in the hall, waiting for the other 2.

Rand falls to his hands and knees, his body being past what you would call spent. He coughed a few times, with blood accompanying every one, as he struggled to hold himself up as much as he was. He saw the sword disappear, and when it didn't appear in Takashi's hand he thought that they may have come back already. He looked up and looked around, but saw only Takashi and shimo still. crap... I don't know if I can stall anymore... Rand tried to stand, only to fall back down. His only current comfort was that he had made Takashi cut his arm off. At that thought he smiled slightly before he coughed more blood.

'I smell human blood!' "Rand!!" Shadow screamed instantly, electrical currents travelling through her veins as the slumbering werewolf started trying to wake up again. 'faster! i have to get there now!' as panic overwhelmed her thoughts yet again, she tried to run faster; only the small fact of that her legs were slowly stopping slowed her. She couldn't hear Zac behind her, only the path and the darkness. Stumbling, she gasped in shocked as she spotted the floor rushing up to meet her.

If you haven't guessed it, we're talking about her other book. The one nothing to do with the Cullens. It's name, you ask? 'The Host'. It's a brilliant book telling the struggle as a soul and a human try to survive in the same body, as unstoppable events swirl out of control around them. Well, why the hell am i talking about this, you ask? An excellent, yet slightly green, roleplaying friend of mine has noticed that there are very few decent 'The Host' roleplays. I bet you've guessed what she's gone and done then, right? Well, if you haven't read the book, read it. 'Zoom!' Zac caught her write before she hit the ground. Zac also smelt the blood of his human companion and started at full speed becoming a blur. Within seconds they had reached where they were originally fighting. Then setting Shadow down, he looked in horror at Rand, "RAND!!" He rushed over to him, "Come on man! Don't die on me!"

"Ah. The other pests arrived." Takeshi says, finishing up healing over his wound to stop more of his blood from hitting the ground. "I wish I used the power to absorb someone with high-regeneration rate." He says, looking toward the door.

From the hallway, Sei gets to work on something he knew to damage Takeshi a good bit. He cuts his finger on his left hand with the sword blade and the blade turns a glassy red. "Let's see... In order to reverse it..." Sei says to himself and stabs the blade into the ground and focuses his power directly into it.
