The Darkened were creatures that we talked about in ancient history classes, they fed off the negative emotions of people. And then forced them to act on those emotions...suicide, murder, even some of the most tragic wars in our history were caused by The Darkened...Hard to believe so much horrible stuff can be caused by them...however they were not just some simple "legend", you see the funny things about legends that can make them so scary is sometimes they're true. I remember it well, 10 years ago on this day The Darkened were called forth...they came from a man calling himself "Ryner Grimm" and from his actions the most tragic massacre of life was performed. Hundreds of people died, however he was eliminated and his life brought to an end by the blade of a man known as Weiss Veneis...The world took time to get itself back on it's feet and The Darkened are not much of a problem nowadays. However to prevent another tragedy Oliver established a system. Youths who had the drive and the will to lay their lives on the line for the world. Could reigster as "Hunters" and take a specialized academy education to learn the ways of combat and become a Jeager. This system has worked very well to this day and many lives and towns were saved because of it. But how long would this all last...Darkened are still a problem, they still roam...claiming lives. Inside the cities, in the towns, the world. It is a never ending struggle, but it's one we intend to win. This was known as the "Round Table" project...

Oz was slowly opening his eyes and reached to put a hand on his head, "Oh yeah...morning." He sat up and looked out the window seeing the sun rising up in the horizon. "Welp time to get ready..." Oz got out of his bed, got a shower, brushed his teeth, and grabbed his outfit. He strapped his sword to the back of his waist and walked out the door. He checked his PDA to see what he had to do for today, he did promise Alice he'd hang out with her today...so he definitely had to follow up with that. "Oz!" Oz turned to see Jade waving as she walked up, she had a very thick Alibastian accent which made understanding her only somewhat difficult. "Morning Jade, oh hey is Alice not up yet?" He asked as Jade shrugged, "Dunno I left without checking." She said and waved him off, "Well I got something to do in town cya!" Jade said and ran off to the front gate lobby.

Kasume moved quietly down the hall, eyes darting left and right as she shuffled her deck of cards. That was the only sound she heard for quite some time, it was a calming sensation. "Hopefully i don't run into any ignorance this early in the day." Deep violet eyes scanned the hall as she approached her dorm, placing her things quickly and leaving just the same. It was time to explore, she hadn't met anyone yet, though her ears picked up noise not to far as she had made her way through the school. Somewhat of an accent and then a male voice. Following it silently she came across the male, smiled and nodded politely before scanning him over and continuing on her way. The kitsune's tail waved behind her the white tip brushing the ground behind her as she continued to walk and shuffle her cards.

After she had left Oz with the task of locating Alice, Jade continued on her way and noticed what looked like a Kitsune, being a Yuki-Onna a cold wind naturally followed Jade and where she went, the wind blew against the kitsune as Jade spoke up with a tone that radiated grace. "Greetings. Are you new?" Jade asked as she had her hands behind her back and her coat flowing slightly from her own cold air.

Location: Avalon Military Bunker -------& Somewhere

"Open fire!" A captain screamed.

Bullets began flying towards an advancing individual. The individual was clad in black armor wielding a large, demonic sword. The bullets either pinged off of the armor or missed entirely. After advancing about 15 meters, the assailant vanished.

"Keep your eyes peeled!" The captain barked.

A nearby soldier, who had lowered his weapon prior, raised his weapon up again, and open fired on his fellow troops.

"What are yo---GUAAAGH!"

The area was now empty aside from the lone soldier. The soldier was thrust forward as a ghastly presence forced its way out of his body, reforming itself behind him, and slash diagonally across the soldiers body, which was cleaved in two; the two halves flopping onto the ground. The attacker proceeded to the outer wall of the bunker. Raising a hand, the wall imploded, creating a large hole. Entering, the attacker incinerated everyone in the room with bluish flames. After clearing several rooms, the assailant found himself in front of a vault-like door. Two guards began an attack. The attacker decapitated the first guard, and then, raising a hand, ejected a blaze of blue fire, incinerating the guard.

The attacker moved his raised hand to the vault door. It suddenly dented; and then dented again. After a short while, the door shattered, and the attacker stepped through. A stocky, fat man looked up from a table with a map on it.

"Who are you? What ar---" The man was cut off as the attacker sliced through him vertically, letting the two halves fall to the ground.

He was silent for a moment.

"I am.... Sulukalei." The attacker responded to the dead man's words.

As Sulukalei left the facility, it erupted into a blue inferno. He just kept walking until he was no longer in sight.

Kasume blinked, her eyes meeting with a female a cold breeze floating by her. A thought floated around in her head, deciding on whether or not to stay and talk. Enjoying the cold, she decided to stay, plus her accent intrigued her.. "Hello, Yes i am new. " Kasume played with a card, flipping it between her fingers casually, and much slower than normal. "I understand you are not new? Correct? " Flipping the card now that she had asked her question Kasume's ear twitched, cautious still about her surroundings..

"You would be correct, My name is Jade Novelia Capricorn, Heiress to the Alibastian Royal Family which has been the Military Advisors of the Alibastian Emperor for centuries. The Capricorn Family, However I do not wish for my status to be a means of social difference so please just call me Jade." Jade introduced her self as her accent added a sort of sophistication to her words, and her voice seemed to speak as if she had done this introduction several times in the past, which would also be very true. She had to ask others to not use her status as an heiress as a social divider from her and them. She wished to be treated like any other person and not receive special treatment. For a split second a tattoo could be seen on her neck but she moved her coat to cover it, anyone who had basic knowledge of the royal family could easily assume that to be the tattoo of a Grimdark user. One who is able to surrender themselves to madness, chaos, sin itself. Discord and despair. And let it completely take over their minds...She seemed to smiled an innocent and considerate smile, "So do you need any help locating any facilities?" She said trying to draw the conversation away from the tattoo
