He swiveled his head back towards the desk and resumed drumming.

Vesper looked up from the desk an older woman, presumably the teacher, walked in.
'About time..." Vesper muttered softly.
His gray eyes followed the teacher's movements. He was subconsciously memorizing and analyzing them.
She moved with confidence, and an almost unnatural grace.
This one's... strong. he thought, feeling strange.
He shook his head, as if to clear his thoughts, and directed all of his attention on her.

She watched as the students went and took their seats and pulled a sheet of paper off her desk. It was the roll sheet. Once again, it had only a few names on it, which she didn't mind. Les kids to teach. Chandra cleared her throat and began reading the names off the list and waited till each raised their hand in respons. "Tyler, Vesper, Rin, Amane, Will, Sadie,....." She continued to read off names until their where no more. Chandra put down the paper and leaned back on her desk. "Well, I would like to first say I am Miss. Chandra. Some of you may know my and some not. I want to first congradualte you all on getting into this class. it means you are the best, but you probally already know that." Chadra let out a laugh but could feel herswelf being the only one lauhging. She cleared her throat and waved her hand. "Well get to work."

Rin sighed. Not only was the teacher late and this classmates were frankly downright freaky to her, she would have to stay in this class for an entire year. She sighed again at the thought before she dug in her bag and pulled out some paperwork needed to be done for student council and preparations for the opening ceremony for first years. She waited to see what the teacher had in mind for today since most wouldn't attempt anything this early in the game without an assessment.

Maggie lowered her hood as she walked into the building . she pulled her hair to the side out of her way . Iit wasn't the greatest that she was here late on her first day , then again it wasn't like it attered much. What ever she skipped now she would easily make up in the days to come, after all she knew no one thus she would have a lot of spare time on her hands. She pulled out her schedual and looked at the room number to the class in which she was to attend this hour. She sighed and walked up the stairs until she found the correct room. Bracing herself she walked inside , late slip in hand which she then past to the teacher before taking her seat.
"Sorry professor on my late attendance."

Rin felt eyes land on her and looked back to the guy watching her but he was already looked out the window. 'Vesper...he doesn't seem to be completely here and when mentioning fighting he looked frankly lost. His answers are a bit vague and he's always in a daze,' She thought and made a note to have the council look into that. She then heard the door and sighed as another was late. She expected school to start an hour late at this rate. She continued working on the paperwork.

Chandra took the slip from the girl as she walked in and eyed it. She nooded and went behind her desk and watched as students took out their stuff. One student caught her eye and she raised an eyebrow. She cleared her throat and spoke. "Mr. Vesper, do you not have your materials?" She waited for his response, knowing she was singling him out on the first day. 'Well, surely since he is in this class he must be prepared, so why isn't he?'

As maggie walked down to her seat she saw the boy tranced out staring out the window. she took a few sheets of paper from the bundle of books in her arms and layed a pen beside it . She then proceeded to her seat laying the rest of the books on her desk. Of course she wouldn't say a word to him. why would she need to ? Obviously the boy could take care of himself it was just , she knew it was nice to day dream , so why should he have it interupted by a snob of a teacher. She then took her pen in hand preparing herself to do whatever work was necessary.
