"Making you broke wasn't my intention but if you end up broke it's not really my problem. A deal's a de-." She mentioned before she was yanked to speed up to match his walk. "What me being in a crappy mood gotta do with how you treat a young lady, mister? You need a crash course in how to be a real gentlemen," She replied taking her arm away from his grip and crossing her arms instead. She ignored his last statement to shake the feeling back to her wrist.
"You're really hungry, huh? You must have a high metabolism to be able to keep a nice figure like that... though I really haven't ever seen you eat." Acerbus said, jumping to several random conclusions without thinking through his words or staying on one subject. "That wasn't supposed to be said, none of that, yeesh, I'm dumb." He added.
"Sorry I'm not that type of guy that acts gentlemanly around girls. " Not young ladies, girls. With that said he thought it would be best if he didn't talk. Yeah sure being angered helped her get in a better mood. But it didn't help him stay in a good one. When they got to the cafe he walked up to the counter. "One of everything..for her." he pointed back at Rin.
"A-are you sure...?" The guy asked behind the counter surprised at his order.
"Yes, I'm sure." He hissed. "Just do it already." he hit the end of his cane on the floor boards.

"Hunger is an enemy, my mother always said." Tammy said, continuing to walk foward. "It just so happenes that I fight too, a lot. Losing or gaining weight means nothing to me. Girls would kill for metabolism like me." Tammy said, happily skipping away, somewhat proud of this. She blinked at Acerbus when he said he was dumb for saying that, and rose an eyebrow. What a weird person... Tammy said, walking into the pizza joint after a nice conversation.
"Hunger is the exact opposite of the enemy. It's your body fueling your need for food. And I suppose fighting would help you keep that..." Acerbus said, not knowing exactly how to finish his sentence. He walked in after her and smelled dough, a very powerful dough.
Rin sighed 'So I see...' She thought and smiled hearing he actually did keep his world. Giving the cashier a wave she went to go sit down at one of the corner tables while he brought her prize. She took a look at the steel construction of the school from the cafe's window. The working cranes and bulldozer made it noisy but at the rate they were going the school would reopen before the new semester.
Mamoru tapped the counter with his knuckles several times watching the back people grab all the food. He walked over to where Rin was. "Don't down it all at once now.." he mentioned watching several people bring out large round plates with a bunch of different foods on them. He sat down in one of the chairs leaning back in it.
"Wow, I don't think I can eat all of this..." She mentioned before she shrugged and decided to try or at least most of it so Mamoru wouldn't kill her. Every now and then she'd glanced at Mamoru before continuing to eat. "Did you really spend alot on this" She said figuring he had to. "I can repay it if it's a problem.." She mentioned feeling his sour mood all the way across the table. She wondered if she did or said something wrong to him before that thought was pushed out by the other half of her that still tried not to care.
Mamoru just stared in her direction. Once she started to he his hand slipped up and grabbed something off the table to eat himself. He couldn't tell what it was other then its shape and size. Looks like a muffin to him. "Its fine and all payed for." he told her taking a bite out of the soft food. As he got to chewing his body shot up in disgust and he spit what he had in his mouth in the closest napkin he could find. "That had nuts on it..." he said cringing his face in disgust. He didn't like nuts.
Rin watched him spit the item out into the napkin and sighed herself before speaking. "If you're not allergic you could' have still kindly ate it," She mentioned like an etiquette textbook. Seeing that he really did have no skills as a gentlemen still somehow also appealed to her. She looked around the table. "Hate to disappoint you then but most of this stuff do contain either penuts, pecans walnuts or something like that."
"How am I supposed to know what i'm eating..? They all look the same to me." He mentioned back to her. "Eating something I don't like isn't on my 'kindly eating' list." he sort of had a short chuckle along with that. He put the food object down that he wasn't going to eat any more and leaned back in his chair. Waving one of the guys over to ask him which didn't have any nut product in it. The guy ending up pointing to the one Rin had in her hand. He told him to get him another one of those. Watching the guy walk away he shook his head.
"Your radar sonar glasses thingy sucks then, I thought you could see anything as long as it's not midair not you can't see anything on the plates? Too many limitations." She decided picking up her glass to drink. "Is there anything else you prefer not to eat?" She asked while they were on the subject. "You don't come off as a picky eater...but I could be wrong," She said with a shrug and reached for the plate of cookies. She actually only planned on eating desserts and would have the rest wrapped up for later on.
Mamoru sighed heavily when she told him that his power sucked. " I can't see the details of small things with out there being alot of vibrations set on. If I wanted to see what I was eating I'd have to do This." he popped his knee up to bang against the bottom of the table making the food and plates jump from their position. "Everytime." he leaned back in his chair while the guy came back and gave him a nut-less food item. "For now just nuts."
Rin was startled since she wasn't expecting him to demonstrate right now. "Oh...makes sense then..i suppose. Please do not do that again if that's the case...." She said glad she was holding her glass for the most part as she set a few items back in place. Once she set it back down the glass on the table her next choice was to nibble away at her chocolate chip while looking out the cafe window once again.
Mamoru nodded. " 'course I'll warn you before hand." he told her taking a bite out of whatever he had in his hand. After that with her looking out the window he didn't know how to start up another conversation. It was now very awkward.
