The waves crashed against the side of the boat as it bobbed up an down in the water. The mist of sea sprayed high into Ryo’s face. He smiled at it’s cool caress. Ryo had always liked smell of the salt water. The sea was still a bit temperamental from the storm the night before. It was the reason he was coming so late to the island, though he hadn’t complained. Ryo may or may not have had something to do with the storms above average power. He had arrived early at the departing port and wanted to surf some, but the waves were a bit lack luster even with a normal storm heading in. But like always his powers apparently kicked the storm up a notch or two further than he wanted. That’s why he was coming to this school on this island so far away from home right, to learn how to control his abilities.
Ryo just put all of his questions aside when the school’s port came within sight. He could see the lavish dorms, the tall school buildings, the beautiful beaches, and the large forest behind it all. It was all rather breathtaking, and it looked like it would be a lot less strict on the whole than his previous school. It didn’t take long for the boat to dock and the crew to shove the one or two other students along with Ryo off. Some official welcoming and registration person sat a table on the end. They didn’t look happy that they were being forced to still welcome new students despite classes already commencing. With a sigh, some grumbling and mumbling, and fake smile the official explained such things as the facilities, the class schedule, dorm locations, and the various major rules on campus. They then handed a large manilla envelope to Ryo stating it was everything he would need to find his dorm, his classes, and his way around campus.
Ryo accepted the envelop and made his way deeper into campus. He stopped for a moment and pulled out all of the information he had been given. They had given him a map and he looked it over, flipping it a few times trying to figure out where he was. Once he had he stuffed the few items into his back pack slung it over his shoulder and began to make his way towards his dorm. He had no idea what to expect or who to expect from his dorm room but he figured it couldn’t be too horrible. As he walked, Ryo could see where the storm had made a mess of campus and a few students here and there along with the grounds crew were cleaning up. ‘Note to self... never mention this might have been your fault,’ he thought. Maybe he would come back out and help some once he was settled in. It wasn’t like he had classes today or anything. Either way he just kept walking to his dorm or at least in the direction he thought it was in.

Honey wasn't about to calm down. When the Doctor told her to, she jumped out of her chair and sucked in a breath as if she was about to yell, but on second thought of yelling the reasons for her to not calm down, she figured this nervous doctor didn't need her yelling at him. She exhaled the air and slumped into the chair, listening to what he was saying. Migraine? Those were those really bad headaches right? Honey was sure that could be it. It could be the water issue. She thought about her diet for the moment. All she had eaten was the schools food. Then it hit her. It was the sudden diet change. She took the spills and held her head. "I've had plenty to drink. But the Migraine doesn't explain why my body feels terrible. It's the food, I'm pretty sure." She said, in a lower, and normal tone of voice. Her little cute voice was actually nice to listen to when it wasn't filled to the brim with anger. "It's a huge diet change to eat the things here. I'm used to raw meat. Killed and eaten on the spot. That stuffs good." She said, thinking about the tasty raw meat she was wired for. She would accept the pills anyway, since she couldn't get any raw meat without it being frozen and or preserved.

Honey got out of the chair and looked at the Doctor, her eyes having less of an irritated glare. In fact she controlled herself and didn't glare at all. It was probably easier on him, but she was having a hard time with it. "Will do Doctor. Stay sharp, you never know when I'll need to be back. I'll figure out what to do about the food issue. I'm no doctor, but you could say I've got medical experience." She said, easily lying about going to bed, and giving him a toothy grin, showing off enlarged canine teeth. She wasn't a vampire, just a bear. She also had other things to do. She did a small bow as a thank you and left, heading to the cafeteria to buy a bottle of water and a little bit of food. Once she got it and paid for it she took two pills as instructed and walked slowly and aimlessly, the pain and ache in her body subsiding. She kept drinking her water, looking tan and healthy again. She wouldn't be able to eat any meat for a while. That, or little amounts. She didn't much like cooked food. It wasn't messy and bloody like raw meat. Nor was it fresh. At least it was sustenance. Honey only ever ate a small portion of food every few days. They didn't get kills all the time in the wild, so they didn't get food all the time.

Honey had been weaving through legs fine, though walking around with everyone rushing to clean thing sup and having to dodge things was getting old. She probably would just go to bed, and try to see if there was any small game in the forest on campus after a nap. She wasn't looking forward to the challenge though, and she definitely didn't to run into anybody. Though it seemed that everything hated her and while she wasn't paying attention straight into someone. She fell down on her butt and looked up at who had knocked her down. Tall, dark, and blonde it seemed. "Hey beanstalk watch where you're going. You nearly knocked me out." She said, getting up and staring at him with an adorable pout. Her voice came out a lot less threatening than she meant it to be, since she was uncoordinated from the painkillers. The medicine also made her New Zealand accent kick in. Well, if this guy was anything, he was better looking than most of the students here. Honey also had a thing for tan guys, but she didn't see herself with a boyfriend ever. He wasn't leaving a very good impression on her after knocking her to the ground with his body either. Especially when it wasn't on purpose. She couldn't go off on someone when they didn't do something on purpose. And why was everyone so tall here? More importantly, why was she so short? To Honey this guy was easily a foot taller than she was, meaning she had to look up at him, something she hated to do. She pouted up at him and quickly looked him up and down, noticing that with as many people she's seen here, she'd never seen him. "You're new aren't you?" She said, raining an eyebrow at him.

((OOC:// Outfit P.S. to everyone I'm currently looking for an updated pic for Honey ))

LIƒTY and SHIƒTY

((OverlyOutstandinglyCurious:// Swim shorts My brain is farting. ))

Lifty laughed as Shifty took the hit from Claire's sandball. It was all in good fun, and Shifty could have been a show off and dodged it, but he didn't because he knew that if he got hit on purpose there was the probability that he wouldn't' be hit again. Besides, he was just being nice like guys should be to girls. Lifty tousled Claire's wet hair and chuckled. "No, we couldn't' leave out a lovely lady from a sand fight! Twos a crowd, but threes a party!" He said, then looked out to the deeper ocean while Lifty cleaned off his back form the sand. They wondered what would happen if they pulled another little trick on Claire. It was be a nice trick though, nothing bad. They wait for her to get out a little further before walking out and diving under the water and swimming until they were below her. They reached up and grabbed Claire's ankle, though instead of pulling her down, they pulled themselves up. "Sorry, couldn't resist." Shifty said, smiling warmly at her. "Alright no more tricks, we promise." Lifty said, sounding mock disappointed that they had done enough little shenanigans to Claire. They hoped she didn't mind. They swam beside her in the cool blue water, occasionally looking down to see the bottom slowly drop away. It was a cool sight, and if you were lucky you would catch a view of some fish swimming.

Lifty looked down and he spotted something that looked like a conch. "Hey, I think I see something, let me check it out." He said, taking in a breath and diving under. He didn't have goggled, so he shifted his eyes to fish eyes to be able to see where he was going. It wasn't easy for him to use, since he wasn't used to fish eyes, but he grabbed whatever it was and looked at him for a second. Up at the water's surface Shifty grinned at Claire and turned her face towards his, leaning in and giving her a quick kiss on the cheek. Though he had made it look like he was going for her lips. "I couldn't resist. I'm really starting to like you." He said, with as much flirtatious tone in his voice as humanly possible. Lifty came back up in the nick of time with a fair sized cream colored and pink conch. "I found it! Isn't it cool?" He said, his eyes shifting back to normal since he was out from underwater. Shifty grabbed the conch and looked at it. "Nice, The first conch we've ever found! most of the time it's just odd looking sand, or broken." Shifty said, handing the conch back to Lifty. It was a pretty cool find.

The few students that she saw around were regular billboards; she partially wondered if everyone here dressed to stand out from the crowd. She was now being to regret the fact that she didn't pay much attention to what she wore. To dress normally around here might be more noticible than to dress up like you were advertising yourself. She adjusted the straps of her cello case. She supposed that she nearly looked comical. After all the instrument was only a couple inches shorter than she was. A tiny girl like her carrying around a huge instrument. Maybe that would draw eyes either that or no one would care but it seemed to be more of the later rather than the prior. She took a sharp turn suddenly and walked off the path. She wanted to go someplace quiet or at least out of the way.

She had definate doubts that she'd be out of earshot of people wherever she decided to plant herself to play but she at least wanted to be far enough of the path that it would be a deterent for people to go looking for her. After all she did not want to play for people; or give people the idea that she was playing for them. Her cello was now strictly for herself. She padded along through the grass she had no idea where she was but she really did not care either. Once it looked quiet it enough she threw down the chair so she could gently remove the cello case from her back. Lying it on the ground before running her fingers against it affectionately. Smiling a bit, then tensing when she went to set up the metalic folding chair. It wasn't the best of chair but it wouldn't tip over when she sat on it either and she had to sit on the edge to play properly. Satisfied that the chair wouldn't tilt in the grass.

She then knelt down next to the case opening it deftly. Running her fingers over the string. She plucked one and it let out a horrible sound. That was right. She had to loosen the strings before the trip so that any fluctuation wouldn't harm her instrument. Wooden instruments were tempermental in that fasion and pretty soon she'd probably have to take it to someone to give it a checkup. Though she supposed it was aging fairly well of course it was only nine years old. She sometimes forgot that the time in the fae realm hadn't effected her or the instrument. It was effectively only seven days of time. She undid the velcro around the neck of the instrument and the straps holding it in place. She gently lifted it from the case and pulled out the tail spike. She did bother to take out the rubber stopper after all she was playing in the grass it wasn't like the spike was going to slip over the ground.

She then began the process of tuning which she assumed would be horrid for anyone sensitive to sound but it had to be done and she really didn't care about how other people felt at this moment. Satisfied with her tuning she slid her finger across the strings into position and began to play. Having a melody in mind but not necessarily sticking to it. Transitioning gracefully through the note as the low tones filled the air around her.

Ryo was a bit surprised by the sudden solidity that seemed to materialize from nowhere. The next thing he knew a feminine voice was “insulting” him, though he wasn’t really feeling the usual sting that accompanied an insult. It was then he realized he had run into a girl while looking up at some of the crazy buildings and local fauna. He looked down to where the voice was coming from, and what he saw was a girl on the ground. He made a move to help her up but she was already standing up.

Ryo stood a little confused as the girl looked him up and down though. It was a bit strange as most people were a bit more subtle about such things. She made direct eye contact, which was a bit awkward but Ryo dealt with it. When she finally asked him if he was new, he smiled a little, placed a hand on the back of his head and laughed some, “That obvious huh?”

Ryo’s English was very fluent with almost no accent. It would be hard to guess he was from Japan unless he told you he was, much less where in Japan he was from. He had done something way out of character and worked insanely hard to learn English and the Western worlds cultural quirks when he found out several years before he might attend a school outside of Japan. “I’m really sorry about running into you like that. Can I make it up to you,” He asked.

Honey couldn't help but grin at this guy. She didn't know what, but she was guessing it was his blonde hair. It was longer than her, and she hadn't seen many guys with long hair around here. She decided to play nice for a while, since she had already snapped at the doctor and made him uncomfortable. "Well, to be honest we don't have many Tall, Dark, and Handsomes around here. Plus you didn't look familiar." She said, openly giving him a compliment. She did that a lot, so it wasn't like it was something completely out of character for honey. Though she usually only did it so someone when she felt a little guilty for being rude to them. Honestly, Honey didn't feel she was that rude, but it was the painkillers that made her a lot less short fused at the moment. Plus, who wouldn't be a little more cheery after they were temporarily cure of a headache.

The male's next comment threw the honey-eyes girl off. Her face fell from her grin and she blinked for a second. processing this information. He offered to make it up to her? That was surprisingly kind. "Oh, uh, well," She stammered, obviously not used to people being all that nice to her. "I was told to go to bed after taking some painkillers for a headache, but I'm not tired, I'm just bored. You could hang with me for a while." She said, then remembered she should probably offer her name. She held up her hand for him to shake and said, "Honey. Honey Bear. It's uh, nice to meet you." It was weird saying it was nice to meet someone, because normally she didn't want to meet anybody, nor was it nice to meet them. She gave herself a silent conformation that it was the painkillers playing around with her mind, and nothing more. Either that or she really needed to meet nicer people once in a while. Nonetheless, if he accepted her offer, she hoped that he wouldn't end up like Karas. She despised that guy with all her tiny heart. It wasn't just because he out witted her, but it was because she just didn't like the tengu, and he seemed to enjoy making her angry.

((OOC:// Outfit P.S. to everyone I'm currently looking for an updated pic for Honey. Doing that is in progress ))

His hair? Wow. She was one of the few people who noticed a bit of colored highlights in them. But the white stayed. It's not like he wanted to get rid of them, he actually got used to them. It added more coolness to his personality now. He smiled at her comment of his hair, "Thanks." He watched as she went in with him. It was great being with a certain face far away from home. Back home, he used to join the nerdy clubs ... but how he got into new things, the cool people accepted him while he was away from Hidden after Tiffany got sent to the hospital. "Umm ... I've been great. Been doing new things when I was -- er ... away with my sisters to help my dad."

He rubbed the back of his neck, looking at Denzel on Kiana's back in the pool. Will turned his attention to Tiffany who was saying sorry about the last time they spoke. He smiled again, "It's okay, Tiffany. Everyone gets stressed over something." he smiled again. She then said thank you for calling in help when she fainted that one day. "Your welcome. I had to because it's what friends do." Will smiled, all cute and all while fixing his bangs. Then he looked back to Tiffany. He observed her hair. It's blonde, maybe he can add some emo and sceneness to her hair.

"Hey Tiffany, since I changed and all ... would you mind if I dye your hair. Like highlights? My sisters packed a bunch of colored hair dye before we came back." He felt the need to. At least they'll do some things together. As friends that is. He still had a bit of feelings for her. It's just that he has mixed feelings now. Between her, and Mary Jane. What will he do?

He pushed those thoughts out his mind. He has the time to socialize with a friend, not the time to think about love.

Dallas ignored the boy completely. If he said a thing to her, she wasn’t listening, and if he touched her she didn’t notice. She just waited for a split second when the girl spoke and grinned. She didn’t feel the need to respond, just waved her last farewell and left the room, assuming the room would never get done. As she walked down the hall, she began humming a tune to herself out of boredom before seeming to pull a daisy out of nowhere. Then, with the flower in hand she began to pull of the petals, leaving a trail behind her. It wasn’t until she reached the school doors that she had finished plucking every petal from it’s stem and so she simply discarded the flower at her feet before exiting the school. Normally she left a flower everywhere she went, but this past week she had failed to do so, something she really didn’t like. Her little quirk made most confused and that brought a smile to her face even if she didn’t normally like to be thought of as odd. Apparently, here, she didn’t feel that same need, but she would try to get back into the habit anyway. Since she was lost in though, she wasn’t watching where she was going. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the grass wasn’t wet. She had managed to find a large puddle of mud and promptly slipped in it. She muttered a curse as she lifted her muddy hands so she could see the damage. It looked like all she needed to do was wipe down and change her clothes, something that she could easily do since the dorms were right in front of her.

Grumbling to herself, she got to her feet and began a walk of shame to the dorm. Luckily it didn’t seem like anyone had seen her so she was able to slip into her room unnoticed. There she took off her clothes and wiped herself off with a towel to get rid of the stupid mud. With that done she wrapped a clean towel around her body and began the task of looking for something new to wear. It was harder then normal simply because today she was a mess of emotions she normally didn’t have to deal with. Rubbing her temples, she leaned against a wall near her closet and just stood there for a few minutes. Although she had just about started the fight with the two just a little while ago, that didn’t get her mind off of everything else. Smacking her cheek gently she forced herself to be her normal self. What did that consist of? A strong little girl who liked to show off her every curve as a tease and not give a damn thing to relieve a soul. Forcing a large grin to her face she grabbed a shirt, which she used as a dress since it was so long. It was mainly black with the superman symbol on the front. It had been ages since she wore it simply because it is a bit childish, but she figured it would work for today. She pulled it over her head and smoothed her hand over her stomach so the shirt was stretched over her curves correctly. Then she slipped her feet into a pair of flip flops and fastened an ankle bracelet onto her right ankle so that she would jingle slightly as she walked. With this done she felt like she could turn a few heads mostly by how much leg she showed.

Letting her fingers run down her side, she glanced over herself in the mirror and frowned at her hair. With it up she didn’t look as pretty... so she pulled it down and frowned again. Yes she fussed over her appearance, but not for long. All this took maybe ten minutes. The thing that took the longest was this next part of changing her contacts from gray to purple. It was a deep purple to match her dress. After she did that, fifteen minutes in total had passed, but it was worth it because she looked at herself in the mirror and felt like a pretty little girl. Grabbing a book, The Scarlet Letter, Dallas set out to go spend some quality time with herself and the beach. Tucking the book against her arm, Dallas began her trek out of the dorm, only stopping to grab her iPod before walking straight to the beach. Once there she climbed on top of a rock and made herself content with her legs tucked under her and her back against a tree behind the rock. You would think a rock would be uncomfortable, but she preferred it over the sand that was sure to get everywhere. Plugging herself into the iPod she pressed play on a random song and began reading one of her favorite books from the beginning for the hundredth time.

Ryo smiled at the girl’s compliments. He rarely got compliments of such a nature growing up, and when he did they usually weren’t compliments on him being a handsome male. Either way he was glad to see the girl seemed fine, A bit lively in fact. It was then she said something that was a bit surprising. She had apparently come from the doctors and was told to get some bed rest after painkillers. Ryo wouldn’t press why the girl had taken painkillers, but he was fairly certain the girl before him was going to be a bit loopier than her normal self, whatever that was.
When she requested that he stick around, Ryo had no reason to object. The girl seemed kind enough and probably shouldn’t be left to her own devices. Ryo din’t have a chance to respond as the girl continued without missing a beat finally telling him her name. “Honey? That’s a cute name,” Ryo said smiling, “Mine’s is Ohshiro Ryo... er... sorry... Ryo Oshiro. Old habits die hard I guess.”
Ryo then said something in Japanese, bowing his head some. It was clearly just a custom that he was used to saying when meeting someone new. For any that new Japanese it would mean, “I hope we can be friends.” After that Ryo looked around for a second. “I’d be glad to hang with you. In fact, maybe you can show me around campus some,” Ryo asked.

She thought of herself as anything but cute, and it wasn't because she was one of those people who groaned about being ugly, it was because she wanted to be ferocious like a grizzly bear, and she wanted to be large and tall like one too. Instead she got cute and short. Not exactly her favorite two things in the world. Though since her painkillers were basically making her a pleasant person, she didn't mind as much as she would. "Er, thanks. I kind of gave it to myself. Don't get me wrong, it's my official and legal name, but, um, the situation is complicated. I'll explain it when I get to know you better." She said, being completely blunt about not trusting him with information on her past just yet. She was surprised by his name though. She tilted her head like an animal might and though about what his name was for a second. He said his last name first, so he must be Japanese. Or at least, she had only heard the Japanese say their names that way.

Honey smiled at him and chuckled. "Ryo is a really cool name! Are you Japanese? I never would have guessed that! I thought Japanese were pale, but you're so tan!" She said, again being blunt. She took his arm and looked a this skin, as if it would be fake or something. "Not that being tan is bad, or anything. I mean, I like tan guys. I guess I'm kind of tan myself." She said, speaking basically all of her thoughts out loud. It was weird for Honey to be nice. Normally she was rude and ill-tempered and irritated. Those painkillers might have just worked some kind of magic act. "Oh, sure I'll show you around! There's lots of things to see, like a lighthouse, some restaurants, a hot tub and pools, theres the dorms if you need to drop anything off, some other stuff, and classrooms if you want to see those. Hey, maybe we'll have some classes together." She said, and then she realized that she was much more cheery and talkative than usual. It must be the painkillers. Though even as she subconsciously blamed the painkillers, she didn't register fully that she was blaming them, so to her she felt quite normal. If anything she would just guess that he was the one making her happy and cheery. Honey obviously didn't mind showing around Ryo, who was indeed tall dark and handsome in her eyes, and since he was pretty friend she guessed it was like the flu and she caught the being friendly flu. Gosh, she hoped she didn't catch the I-like-being-cute-flu next.

((OOC:// Alright, you don't have to post back to this just yet! I guess I'm a really fast poster, so wait as long as you want! “Actually I am,” Ryo said, “I’m from Okinawa.” Ryo chuckled a little as the girl seemed to just be exploding with giddiness, most likely due to her medicine. “So there aren’t many guys at this school huh? Lucky me I guess,” He said.
Ryo hadn’t expected to get a life story from the girl, but the bit about her name was interesting. ‘Might have to remember that,’ he thought. Then girl grabbed his arm. Ryo was very lucky he had prepared himself, as someone being so forward was a bit awkward even for someone as laid back as him. It was just part of his culture. When she started to comment on his looks Ryo started to get a little embarrassed, but managed to hide it. As Honey just kept talking a mile a minute Ryo just raised an eyebrow and waited until he had a chance to respond. “All that sounds amazing. I would love to see as much as possible. Maybe you can introduce me to some people too,” Ryo asked.
At that point a couple of random female students wearing a skirts were walking by. Ryo didn’t really notice her because he was still distracted by Honey holding on to him. Whether is was just coincidence, someone talking about him somewhere (most likely his sister), or his own awkwardness, Ryo suddenly sneezed off to the side. As he did a sudden gust of wind picked up fast and blew the skirts up on all the girls in the area. Ryo who was bending over for the sneeze caught a good but mostly unintentional look at what was underneath the skirts. His eyes widened in shock and he stood back upright unsure of what to do or say. Several male students nearby hooped and hollered some as if the greatest thing in the world had just happened. ‘Why does something awkward like this always happen when I’m around girls,’ He thought. The truth was it was always a bit of a curse for Ryo and something like this always seemed to happen. Ryo tried to act nonchalantly as if he hadn't seen anything but considering how long the gust had lasted there was no way he hadn't seen something. "Uhh.... S-Shall we," He asked trying to laugh away the situation get out of that area.

She couldn't help herself, she had to be just a little mean, even if her medication toned it down. "Oh, believe me, there are plenty guys!" She chuckled, her accent making her voice a higher pitch as she laughed at all the guy's she'd met. "An idiotic flirt, A guy who thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread, some weird twins, you name it, they're probably here. You seem nice though. At least not as annoying as the other people I've met." She chuckled, watching as he prepared himself to sneeze, a gust of wind picking up as he did. Honey had noticed the girls, even before they got here to do their overpowering perfumes and body sprays. She watched their skirts fly up and let out a loud laugh. This was too funny. She had to sick around this guy for a while if he was going to pull stunts like this. "Wow Mr. Handsome, didn't know you were smooth like that too!" she teased, not caring about his embarrassment from the situation. She hollered at the girls and laughed. "We better get out of here before they come beat you up." She said, sliding her hand into his and pulling him along away from everyone hooping and hollering at the girls.

Honey had let Ryo's hand go after they had started waking and looked at the male, as they walked, not liking the fact she had to look up to him. Even with her heeled shoes she wasn't much taller. Maybe two or three inches. "So, Are you an elemental? I can't think of any other reason why a sneeze would make wind blow." She said, chuckling again at the thought of his little slip of the powers. "Thats pretty cool. So can you, like, make water move, and plants grow?" She asked, putting her hands in her pockets and looking up at him with a curious look in here eyes. Curiosity made her Honey colored eyes have a nice look to them. "Doesn't seem all that dangerous really. Oh no, you made a petunia grow! Whatever will we do!?" She chuckled, then realized that was kind of rude. "I should apologize ahead of time if I offend you. I'm kind of desensitized to other people's emotions, so I tend to be really rude. It'd make sense, if you got to know me." She said, keeping a straight face as she looked up at him. It was just a matter of fact. It was better she say it now. "With the way we're headed we'll probably end up at the dorms, so I guess we should stop there first. You have a dorm right?" She asked, hoping he would say yes so they could just walk aimlessly like she did all the time. She wondered if the mention of his abilities would bring up the question of hers. She wasn't going to just blurt it out, but she would tell him if he asked. Plus, she had an idea of how to demonstrate her powers. She hoped he like bear cubs.

((OOC:// And the rudeness starts to show~ ))

“What?! I didn’t! But I-,” Ryo stammered as Honey pulled him away. It really hadn't been intentional, but sometimes that kind of thing happens with his powers. As they got away and slowed back to a walk Ryo said, “Look I had nothing to do with that gu-,” He stopped mid sentence and stopped walking for a second at the mention of him being an elemental.
Ryo started walking again just as quick as he had stopped. “So you know about Elementals? Most people don’t even know we exist. Either you’ve done some studying or this school has taught you about us some. Either way that’s impressive, considering most of my kind tend to keep our powers and true natures hidden. Though it does seem they didn’t go too in depth. Most of my kind are of only one of the four elements: Earth, wind, water, and of course fire.”
Ryo wondered if he should keep telling Honey about his kind. He had always been of the belief that his people didn’t need to hide any more since regular humans don’t hunt them any more. “Some of us are different though... there is a subset that are of multiple elements. Around 90% of them are a blend two. Those that are of 3 elements are very rare, and rarer still are those that are of all 4 elements,” Ryo sad before realizing he wasn’t really answering the question, “But to answer your question, yeah I can... I can use all four elements, but don’t think that makes me royalty or anything. It’s... well... kind of the opposite, especially in my case.”
Though Ryo was upfront about his powers and the different types of elementals that exist, he was obviously holding back some information but it was clearly off limits for the time being. The fact was normally elementals that were of more than one element were lauded and tended to be of a higher social status, but it stopped at three. Four elements usually was not considered a boon but rather a curse or an omen due to the inherent lack of control. Matters were complicated by the fact that Ryo was male, considering Elemental society was a matriarchal society and males were very rare. Ryo wouldn’t tell any of this unless he was close to them.
The seriousness dropped from his face as Honey made a joke about plants. “I suppose your right. Plants don’t usually seem all that scary, but one’s with a brain behind them can be pretty powerful,” He said laughing. At that moment a small plant grew up and wrapped itself around Honey’s leg. It grew fast and high enough that when it bloomed into a petunia it was in front of her face. The vine snapped fairly easy so that Honey could keep walking. “I don’t suppose you have any powers of your own if thats not too bold of me to ask. I mean I guess that is the main reason anyone comes here,” Ryo said as before Honey apologized.
“Don’t worry, it’s pretty hard to offend me, so don’t stop being you on account of me. But now that you mention the dorms, I was actually trying to find mine,” He replied to Honey’s apology as he looked around while they walked.

A few times the name had been passed around and she was lucky enough to hear it, but she had never met one. Especially not a Handsome one. Though it made sense though how a sneeze of his could trigger a gust of wind. "Yeah Elementals, I heard the name before. I had never known someone could control more than one though. Let alone all four." She said curiously, thinking about what that would be like. It sounded dangerous to be able to control all four. She wondered how much control Ryo had over the elements. Though her thoughts were cut off when a flower vine curled up her body and a petunia bloomed in her face. Despite Honey better nature as to not show any kind of shock, she squealed and back away from the flower, but seeing at the plant was curled around her body, no matter how much she back up it was still by her face, Though the sudden shock of the flour didn't throw her too off guard. "Of course, a petunia. I should have guessed." She said, rolling her eyes and catching back up to the dark skinned male. "A flour with a brain? That doesn't sound too dangerous, unless the flour was an overgrown venus flytrap." She chuckled, not caring about the petunia by her face for the moment. Honey had been right, Ryo did ask about her powers. She wasn't at all opposed to telling him though.

Though first, before telling him about her powers, she had though laugh at when he told her to be herself. "Honestly, you wouldn't like me so much if I was myself around you. Or maybe you would, depending on which side of me you end up with." She said. Honey was very nice to people at times, though when they annoyed her she was mean to them. "If someone gets on my nerves I'm usually really mean to them. I just met you, so I can't sayi f I like you or not yet." She explained, thinking of how Karas had scared the living daylights out of her when they had first met. She looked up at him and grinned for a moment. "I'm a shapeshifter." She said, taking one hand out of her pocket and holding it out. Her hand changed into a sleek, soft, brown cat paw. "You wanna touch it? It's soft." She said, putting her hand-paw near Ryo, chuckling. It wasn't anything spectacular. "I'm also a Telepath. You know, like reading minds and making things move without touching them. Don't worry, I haven't snooped in your mind though." She said, making the petunia uncoil from around her and move like a snake across her arm and over to Ryo, The flower waving at him.

((OOC:// So sorry this took so long ))

“Well thats one way to think about a plant, but maybe think of it more as a brain behind the plant. Someone telling it what to do.” Ryo said just after Honey jumped back from the flower popping up in front of her.
He smiled and chuckled some as she continued to back away until she finally realized the flower was attached to her. “Welcome back,” He said before Honey tried to claim she was a horribly mean person. After she was done with her little rant he could only smile before saying, “I highly doubt your that bad.”
He gave pause when Honey pulled out her... Paw. ‘She pulled out a paw...,” He thought. “Well that’s interesting. I’ve never actually seen a shapeshifter. I didn’t know you could just change parts, I thought it was an all or nothing type of thing,” He said before touching the paw. It was soft like Honey had said.
Ryo pulled away some though when she said telepath. Not to long ago it wasn’t uncommon for his kind to kill a telepath on sight. There was always the fear of the elemental secrets and locations getting out. Ryo hadn’t been trained much in sensing someone probing his mind, it was a skill he people had let go by the wayside when they stopped getting hunted. While the training had left and the prejudice subsided, the fear and loathing was still somewhat there passed on from generation to generation. “I appreciate you not delving into my mind. There are a few secrets and memories I’d rather not share just yet,” he said somberly as he looked up at the sky.
When he felt the flower crawl up his arm Ryo’s smile returned. He took over control of the flower and its stem. His hand moved close to the petals and they fell apart and the flower seemed to die, but from the lifeless stem grew an orchid. He walked over to the side of the path and released the flower to the ground. It took root immediately. He then went back over to Honey and asked, “So where were we?”
