Ren stood helplessly watching the two girls bicker, he sneered angrily at Luna when she commented on his decision making. "Well, I'LL be eating my waffle." Ren flashed the middle finger as he slammed the door shut, so hard that the dorm seemed to have shook. "******** it." He said, walking back to his bedroom, slamming the door again too.

Shiomi could hear their conversation. "Luna, it's fine. I bandaged him up pretty well, so let's just let him heal on his own, okay? I'm not saying you're a bad healer or anything, but still." she started pouring the batter into the waffle iron. "Ren! Your waffle will be ready any minute now!"

Luna felt insulted. "Well do bandages treat fractured bones? No. Bandages only soak up some of the blood and cover the scars. They don't heal what's broken and bruised." There was a hint of anger in her voice. It was like Shiomi didn't care Ren had a slight chance of dying.
