He tilted his head slightly to the left thinking of an answer. "I don't honestly know. I saw someone who looked like they knew the place pretty well and figured I could make a new friend. This school is bigger then the village I come from so its a bit intimidating." He laughed a bit after openly admitting his rural upbringing to a complete stranger.

Lucy sighs of course. "I am so sorry but I have been gone for the last few months and I lost my way around here. I cant even find my own dorm" Lucy giggles to herself. It was quit funny. "But if you want I was going to try to refresh my memory by walking around campus your welcome to join me if you want."

Xander thought about what else there was to do and decided that out of his options this was the best. "Sure, sounds like fun."

Lucy smiles. " Alright then lets start outside the dorms I guess." Lucy turns toward the the hallway leading out. She stops to see if he was following. "Are you coming?'" Lucy asks with a small smile.

Xander nodded and followed Lucy. He found him self staring at her ears a few different times. He tried not to stare remember what his parents told him about the rudeness of staring. Finally hte curiosity became to much. "If you don't mind me asking what are you?"

Lucy giggles people alway wanted to know about the ears. "I will tell you if you tell me what you are after I tell you." Lucy pauses and sticks out her hand. "Deal?" She says giving him her business look.

Xander looked at her and stuck out his hand. He gave her a similar business look. "Sounds ike a deal to me."

Lucy pulls her hand back and smiles. "Well I am a werewolf. If your wondering about the ears these are just for fun. They can go down and hide in my hair whenever I like." Lucy shows him then pops her ears back up. "You see?"

He stared stunned for a bit before shouting excitedly "That is so awesome." He reached up and softly touched the ears. "Oh yea, I'm a witch" he added after remembering the deal. He then outstretched his hand and muttered a few words in an unknown language. A moment after he finished his hand radiated a dark purple light and the ground started to shake around them. He pulled his hand back and the earth stopped. "See." he said excitedly.

Lucy smiles . "I forgot you are new. So your not use to other creatures. And you witch skills are quit immersive. Are you taking any spell classes?" Lucy feels her own ears. The were quit soft and warm. "If I am the first werewolf you have met then I feel honored."

He looked at her again trying to figure out truth from myth about what he heard about werewolves. "Yea, I have a magic class third period" he said figuring that he wasn't going to figure everything out about her and the other creatures in the school in one day. "But I was raised in a small witch community in the Rocky Mountains. I haven't met anything other then witches and humans."

"What a pitty. Your very lucky the first year here is always the greatest. I loved mine.And the Rocky Mountains how interesting, is your whole family witches or are you the special one?" Lucy asks with real interest. He seemed like he had a story.

Xander was excited about the new creatures he would meet. "My whole community was made up of witches. The only time I saw humans was when me and the other young witches would sneak down to the surrounding towns." A look of sadness crossed his face as he thought about his friends. "This is the first time I have actually left the village for more then a few hours. The elders said it was either go learn more of my skills or progress to being an elder myself. Apparently my gift was greater then any of theirs."

Lucys face brighten. "You do have a lot of talent. I never seen such power in a first year. They taught you well back at home." Lucy smiles her must miss home very much. "Why didnt you choose to become an elder? Was it just the thought of expanding your power and knowledge or did you want a new change."

He turned a dark shade of red at her question about becoming an elder. "I learned no more then the other students I was just better." he said feeling a twinge of pride. He decided to move on the the actual question she asked him "It has nothing to do with my power. It is the main fact that the elders in the village are not allowed to marry or have any relationships with other members of the village and I was in love." His face went sad as he thought about his lost love. He knew that he would see his love once again.
