Welcome to Shinka High School. This your average high school. Well used to be a regular high school.One day after school, Most of the students and teachers had already left the school and were at home enjoying their evening. The only ones that were still inside the school were student counsel members, the delinquents stuck in detection, and the poor Chemistry teacher, Mr.Versuch. Mr. Versuch was incharge of detection but instead he was in his lab under the school. He was working on a new experimental elixir that improved overall heath of the common man. He was adding the last chemical mixture to the batch. He made a horrible mistake as his elixir exploded creating a large pitch black gas. It went through the vents and filled the whole school in mere seconds. The gas filled the lungs of the students in the school. They soon passed out for the strange gas. The fire alarms was set off by the smoke.

The gas disappear as quickly as it appeared. After the gas has cleared, the firefighters pulled the students out the school. The firefighters could not find Mr. Versuch body in his now destroyed lab. The medics checked the student and figured nothing was wrong with them. They students were dropped of at their house, were their family out them in bed, The school closed the school for a few weeks to clear the gas, the new people called Unknown V. Scientist for a group called Evermore stole the rest of Mr. Versuch equipment and stole Mr. Versuch computer. The group went as far as to break into the late Mr. Versuch's home and steal all of Mr. Versuch's stuff.

After a few days the students woke up. After a few days, student council members and the delinquents began to realize they had gain special abilities to the gas. The Student Counsel President begun to realized that they deserved more than ruling the school. They should rule the city, Jikkeno, or better yet the world. When the delinquents met in detection, they started to realize that the city need them to straighten up. They need to train and fight against the student council. The student council soon started to take over Jikkeno, Japan. Will the Student Council rule the world? Will the delinquents beat the Student Council? What happen to Mr. Versuch? Who are the Evermore and what they want with Mr. Versuch's research?
