He was surprised at her greeting; he had expected her to ignore him. He was even more amazed that she smiled. He gave her a warm smile back and answered, “a delightful morning to you as well.” He took a bite or two of fruit, and continued to flip through his book. He turned bright red as she complemented him, no one ever had before. “Y-you really like them?” he stuttered, “I-I … Thank you!” another boy had sat down, but he looked as though he had other things on his mind, so Ren didn’t disturb him.

Luna yawned and fell down. It was a long trip from the ramen shop to her new school. "I made it!" She cheered and she rushed inside and bumped into a boy. "Hi! You must be Ren right? I saw your name on the class list." Luna smiled. "Let's be friends." Luna stuck out her hand.

Ren was surprised by the strange girl who carried and armful of ramen, “Y-yeah.” He stammered, “I’m Ren. May I ask you name?” he was honestly a bit cautious of her rapid approach, he was so used to most fast movements being aimed at him that he had expected her to punch him. He was happy that she didn’t but still a bit weary. “So did you bring roman with you, or did you have to go buy it?” he asked, trying not to sound skeptical.
After some time, boredom took Ryushi's mind. He didn't have class yet, so he had some time. He walked out of the dining hall, though the main door, and stared up the wall of the massive building. "Eh, what the heck." he said to himself again and began to scale the wall. He always seemed to feel better the higher he was, so this was an eccelent outlet for him.

"I was at the shop for a long time, so I learned how to make it myself! And by the way my name is Luna, Luna Cres." Luna said and she licked her ice cream that always seemed to be around her.
Ryushi began to get a little tired scaling the massive school, and sweat began to cloud his vision. "Man, how big is this place" he continued his conversation with himself. He sighed, this was going to be harder than he had expected,so he resorted to desperate measures. He breathed in as he grew a few inches taller, his brown hair becoming black and fully covering his body, claws extending from his hands and feet, and profile extending to more of a muzzle. Now in wolf form, Ryushi clawed into the wall, making his climb easier. When he reached the roof he stared into the morning sky, and let out a powerful howl, just to blow off some steam.

Mistress Andromeda slipped out of the now noisy dining hall. “Damn kids…” she almost chuckled to herself as she climbed the stairs to the second floor staff elevator. She rode the old piece of mechanics to the top floor. At the top floor, she walked over to the not-so-secret hidden door that opened to yet another flight of stairs which lead to her Office/room. All the other staff called it the attic, which she never understood. Attics where dusty stuffy places with not but rafters and maybe boxes of junk. Her room on the other hand, was large, warm, and well furnished. But what she loved most, was the window that was on the roof. There was a latter leading up to it, so if ever she felt like it, she could open the window, and sit on the very top of the immense building. She was almost startled by the pattering of feet coming from outside. She pulled out her file, “Ryushi Hayamazo, likes Climbing & Heights.” The howl confirmed her suspicion. With a sigh, she scaled the latter, unlatched the window, and climbed onto the roof to sit next to the great wolf. “excellent form Mr. Hayamazo.” She stated.

User ImageSaline awoke to the sound of a wolf howling, and it caused her to turn into a puppy and curl up under the blanket as much as she could. A few moments later she got up, and got dressed. She went to the dinningroom, but when she saw how full it was she got scared, and ran off. She went back to her dorm, and took the medicine for her breathing, and got a coloring book, and colored pencils. She went to the courtyard where some of the other students were gathered, and started coloring.
User Image Luna was bored. She skipped down the hallway and called out to Ren. "Ren! Ren!" Luna shouted. "Where is he?" She wondered.

Ren sat quietly in the dining hall across from the young girl who had complemented his drawings. He nibbled at his fruit and almost finished his crêpe before he got the courage to say anything to her, “What’s your name?” he asked with curiosity thickly layered in his voice. She couldn’t be much older than 11, but the look in her eyes was that of a person who had lived a very, very long time. He saw the same look in his eyes in the mirror this morning after his disturbing dream. I guess it comes with experience, not age. He figured, she’s probably been through as much as I have, if not more….

The sand had no footprints and the water calmly sat in its place. A small tide came in and out. Near the shore, there were.... canoes? The tall, steep mountains were eroded from the waves, and the trees covered most of its surfaces. The blue sky had barely any clouds.

Rhay began making the first footprints on the beach. She would stop every now and again to stare at the small birds and try not to scare them away. She kept a respectful distance from them. Once she reached the end of the beach, she looked back and traced her footprints from where she began and where she ended. She smiled and stepped into the small forest.

The forest was small. She tripped into a colorful garden, almost squishing one of the yellow flowers. Rhay clumsily got up and dusted herself off. These are the only clothes I have. I have to preserved them, she thought, frowning a bit. She took a look around and gasped slowly.

There were tall trees, as tall as 4-story buildings, thickly covered in moss. The sunlight made its way to the ground, dodging each and every leaf and every tree branch. The beautiful shadows of the trees outlined a small path to walk through. The narrow green path could only fit one person, width-wise. As Rhay walked, she noted each of the colors of the flowers: red, orange, yellow, indigo, blue, pink, and white.

The path led to a red building. Rhay's heart thumped as she followed the path even closer to the cathedral-looking building. The black gate separated the grass from the paved road. There was a tall stand with a lamp on top of it. The trees cover most of the house. It had several windows on the very top of it. Must've been an attic? Or perhaps rooms? There looked to be 3 floors. The tower was slightly attached to the building. The was a small opening at the very top. It looked sort of like the tower in the movie "The Hunchback of Notre Dome". Though, the bell was missing. There was a little pathway that connected to the paved road.. Rhay followed it. She came to an archway and a tall door. She deliberated to knock on it.

Knock, knock. But, who will answer?
Ryushi almost jumped out of his skin. He calmed himself, realizing that it was the head mistress. "Thank you ma'm, I do try." he joked, shifting back to his human form. "Y'know, people say it's weird that I love heights, but there's just something about being higher in the air, I live for it!" he said, trying to possibly stir up a conversation, since there was not much else to do.

She was about to answer, but then she hear a small knock on the front door. “I’m very sorry, “ she informed him, “but there seems to be someone at the door...” she gave a low bow of curtsy and said, “we’ll have to continue you this conversation latter. Making sure kids get in off the streets is of first and foremost importance.” She started to climb down the latter when she said, “Of course you can come with me if you like.” She didn’t bother to look back to see if he followed. She slid down the latter, down the stairs, in to the elevator, took a deep breath, ran down the stairs, rand down the hall and stopped short in next to the door. She quickly wiped the sweat of her brow, straitened her jacket, and put on her welcoming smile. She gently opened the door. “Hello,” she said in a silky tone, “welcome to Andromeda’s school for runaway children.”
