Dear Potential Student,

Do you feel different? Like you don't belong in normal society? Have you ever done something that you couldn't explain because you were unable to control your emotions? Do you have some sort of power that you just cannot control?

I understand how you feel. I was just like you too. I know that you probably doubt me at this point in time and that you will probably crumple this letter up, toss it in the garbage and go along with your life trying to control your 'little problem' by yourself. But if you don't, let me tell you about this school, Yetari Academy for the Gifted.

Yetari is a school paid for by the United Nations to help people control their powers that they have. The school is the state of the art school with everything that you could possibly need. The school is much nicer than any college that you will ever go to, that is for sure. The campus is nicer and Yetari offers much more opportunities than any college that is for sure. Oh, and it's a boarding school. I'll explain that later.

Everyone here has powers. How these people got their powers, I cannot say. Most were born with them. Others could have been introduced to different forms of radiation. All you need to worry about is that everyone has powers. Like you.

Now you are probably wondering how we know that you have powers. That answer is easy: UN Agents who used to attend Yetari have been watching you ever since they learned that you might have a power.

Anywho, back to the topic of school: You WILL be getting an education like the one you are currently receiving. On top of your classes, you will also have classes on controlling your powers. There are teacher who will teach you to control them. While these teachers may not have your exact power, they have something relatively close to it to help you.

Back to the boarding school part! There are four different dormitories, they work with the powers. These dorms are as follows:

Dorm Animalist (DA) for students who are part animal or spirit of some sort. This includes Lycans, vampires, were-animals, Animal shapeshifters, part demons and part angels and things of that nature.

Dorm Controlist (DC) for students who can manipulate things around them such as the elements, darkness, light, metal, sound etc. (NOTE: Controlists cannot create these things, only manipulate).

Dorm Mentalist (DM) for those who can control certain things using only their mind. Mind Reading, Foresight, Mind Control, etc.

Dorm Physique (DP) for students who can produce things by using their body or other things. Shooting fireballs out of your hands would be an example of this. Super strength, invisibility, cloning yourself, shrinking/growing and non-animal shapeshifting are a part of this dorm.

Yetari is a pretty strange place with a lot of strange people if you can't tell by out dorms. But then again, you are strange too aren't you (Well, according to the normal people)? Anyway, hope you consider coming here, you probably need to.

If you would actually like to come to our school, just hang a red cloth outside of your window. The agents will see it. Don't worry about money. This is a UN school, all of the important stuff is paid for (By the UN if you must know). Seriously.

◉Yes this is a Yaoi and Yuri RP. So ONLY Yaoi and Yuri will go down. That is all. I will refuse and straight characters unless said character is simply in denial.
◉I'm making this a Semi-Lit to Lazy-Lit RP. I know writers block happens and all but I want at least one paragraph and more if you can give it to me. Two paragraphs would be awesome. Like GOOD paragraphs.

◉Feel free to make your posts pretty. All I ask for is the name at the top. Pictures are optional. The rest of that pretty stuff is optional as well. All I request is no obnoxious colors that I can't read. If you don't think I can read it, don't use it. And PLEASE Don't make the font any smaller then 9 or any larger than normal font (Unless it's a header).
◉NO SUES! Everyone has a flaw, a few actually. I don't want perfect character. If you can tell me what these flaws are in you character skeleton, that would be cool.
◉As students, we don't have full control over our powers yet. The older student's have more control while the new students have less control. Please remember that.

◉You can play as many characters as you want but I request that you can keep up with them.
◉In regard to powers, I'd like everyone to have at MOST 3 powers. No they do not have to relate to each other but they still have to keep your character in that dorm. For example, you cannot have a mental power and also be able to create fire. That's two different dorms. You CAN have super strength and throw fireballs from your hands though.
◉Any new teachers or students that wish to join after Move In Day, will have to report to Elizabeth. She'll know you're coming. How? She know everything.
◉◉I would like people to post at least once every few days. At least once a week. If you're gone for a while because of broken computers or something that's cool though. But if I don't have a post from you in a while, I might end up taking your name off. If you have to leave temporarily, please tell me. That would be nice.
◉◉ This RP will be stopped temporarily in January. Roughly around January 22nd. Though it should pick up in late March. This is because I have Basic Military Training. Can't change that.

For example: Roark can control water and earth. Water is his main so he can do a lot with it but with earth he can only make walls and a shield out of it to protect him. He cannot make a giant hole in the earth or build a stone bridge over a creek. [/example]

All powers must be in the same dorm. For example if you character is a mentalist and they get a second or third ability, the other ability must also be mentalist related. There will be NO crossing of dorms unless I finally break down and agree.

The Student Dorms

The Dorm Building

This is known as the Yetari Quadrangle. Most student's refer to it as the Quadrangle. On the main floor in the center is a dining hall that serves all the food on campus. This is known as the Sundial or the Dial in many cases. The Dial has two stories, the first story serves food and the second story is seating. Each dorm connects to the Dial but the Dorms do not connect with the other dorms. To get into one specific dorm, student's are issued a cardkey that will get them into their dorm and only their dorm. If they want to visit someone in another dorm, the other student has to invite them up. Most of the times, student's don't have a roommate at the beginning of the year, as the school year progresses, roommates start happening. The only students who will never have roommates are the RAs. RAs or Resident Advisers, are also students who make sure everyone in the Dorm is working alright. There are one or two in each dorm. RAs are returning students who have been hand picked by the Headmistress to watch over Dorm life and report to the teachers.

The interesting thing about the dorms is that there is a 'secret' underground arena where student's use their powers to fight others. There are Dorm Fights, which are for kids of that specific dorm. In Dorm Fights, two or more kids in the same dorm can fight in there. There are also Cross Dorm battles where dorms fight each other. They also have a free for all every Saturday night and Sunday nights are the Team Fights. Student's can form a team of four and fight other teams. It can be for people of the same dorm or four different dorm kids fighting. As long as four kids are fighting, that's all that matters. These fights test the kid's skills in real life and let them see what they need to work on.

Now the Arena is very hush hush among students. They've taken many precautions to make sure the teachers don't find out. Truth be told, the teachers know about this. The Arena has been on the school's campus for many years. Even Headmistress Cornell fought in it. The teachers have put in many hidden cameras and they tend to sit in the Teacher's Dorm Lounge and watch these fights. It's good entertainment for them. It also tells them what they need to work on with their specific students.

The Teacher Dorms

The Teacher's Dorm is actually a mansion on east campus. Each room is a master suite and completely soundproofed for doing whatever teacher tend to do. The best room belongs to the Headmistress, Elizabeth. Apart form the bedrooms where the teachers sleep, they also have large common rooms. The mansion has a Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room, Drawing Room, Man Cave, Woman Cave, A gym in the basement with a pool too. There are also other various rooms that haven't been given (very good) names. There is nothing special about the Teacher's Mansion... well except for the many secret passage ways in the mansion... And the large wine cellar.

The Class Schedule

Monday - Friday (Class Days)

The first classes start at 9AM in the morning and they run until 5PM at night. Each student is required to take 5 classes a semester. Since the School runs on a black scheduling, students may spit up classes how ever they choose. They could take all five classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday or they could choose to split it up nicely. The choice is up to the student. The only requirement for ALL students is the Physical Fitness Training (PFT). This does not count as a class but is required for all students. Students must go to PFT three days a week. PFT starts every day at 8AM and runs to 9AM. Students with 9AM classes are permitted to leave PFT 10 minutes early to make it to class.

Weekends

Weekends are free for students do do whatever their hearts desire. They could go into the local town and buy food or just go hang out on campus. Though if students do chose to leave campus for whatever reason, they are advised not to use their powers. The town bordering Yetari Acedemy is a town with only people who have powers, one never knows when and outsider may show up. That's why it's strongly advised for all to keep powers hidden while off campus.

The Dining Hall, The Sundial, is open from 7AM to 12AM every day. Students can eat whenever they want as long as it is within the open hours.

Dear Students,

Hello! It is I, your Headmistress. While I'm sure you all are anxiously awaiting the next school year, I unfortunately have to out up the school rules to remind everyone what the can and cannot do. I have to do this every year because some kids just like to watch this school burn. (Quite literally, someone set fire to one of the buildings two years ago.)

The first rule that everyone seems to forget. No fighting. You know who you are, don't play innocent with me. You just look stupid. If you must fight, take it somewhere where the school won't be sued and no teacher will see. If we didn't see it, it didn't happen. Thanks.

The second rule! No drugs, alcohol or any sort of illegal paraphernalia. The main reason is because it messes with your powers and makes them harder to control. Trust me, I've done everything. Oh, and it's also illegal but that's not the important part.

Third rule is GO TO PFT! PFT sucks, I hated PFT, but you need to go. It will help you in the long run. I swear by it.

Fourth rule is to not harass anyone. Seriously kiddies, we're big boys and girls now. This one should be common sense.

Fifth rule is the Quiet Hours rule! Quite Hours begin at 11PM SHARP! So don't go running down the halls screaming at 11:01PM or the students had full permission to break rule one*!

Sixth rule: Have fun and don't do anything stupid unless you know you won't get caught. If you know you can't get caught, I request that you don't do it but you can ignore it. Just make sure whatever IT is, that it doesn't break any of the other rules.

* - As long as I don't know it's happening then feel free to punch, kick, trip, claw, attack the idiot who broke rule 5.

It was six when Elizabeth awoke. She woke up at six everyday. Except for when she didn't. Today was one of those days where she needed to be awake by six, and so she was. The Headmistress opened up one golden eye and let it adjust to the darkness. At some point she had met a person with Night Vision as a power and she had copied it. With her Night vision on, it let Elizabeth easily wander about her own room. Throwing the covers off of her bed, the woman happily pranced about the room to prepare for her day. It was an important day after all. Today was Move In Day for students! The thought of it excited Elizabeth so much. The Headmistress loved seeing her students back after their summer break. She loved listening to the things that the student's did over the summer. Whether they worked in the local town or they went hiking Mount Everest (She had a student try), she loved hearing all the stories of their adventures. It made her all happy inside.

Moving to her rather extensive closet, Elizabeth sorted through what clothes were suitable for that day. Being Headmistress she usually just wore whatever she felt like. For example, she once walked around in sweatpants and a tank top during school hours because she was too hungover to dress herself properly. Today was special and important though! So she needed to look special and important as well. After about then minutes of deciding, Elizabeth decided on a power suit. It resembled the uniform she used to wear in her previous life. There were some small changes though. First, this suit was a gray color that she liked. Second, the suit had no fancy metals or ribbons that showed off her achievements. Third, it was not military issued. It didn't bother her, she still loved it.

Elizabeth put the suit on her bad and began digging around for the shirt she would wear under it. It was a simple white shirt with a slight V neck. She didn't need too much V or students would be trying to look down her shirt. While the woman normally didn't mind, she had to make the best impression today. She wanted to at least intimidate them for the first few days. Then she would go back to her sweatpants and tank tops. It didn't take Elizabeth long to find the shirt she needed. She also found her pumps that she would be wearing and some stockings. With that, Elizabeth began to dress herself. It didn't take her long, and she was glad for that. Once she was dressed, she walked into her bathroom to fix her hair. Right now it was short and purple but since she was going for a more sophisticated style, she lengthened it slightly and turned it brown.

"How did I live without this Shapeshifting ability?" Elizabeth asked herself as she put her hair in a very nice and secure bun. She had left a few strands of hair on either side of her face to frame it, but the rest of it was back. With that finished, Elizabeth brushed her teeth and left her room all together. Her next area to hit was the kitchen. The time was now seven AM. The Headmistress was hoping at least one teacher was awake. She wanted company while she ate whatever the teachers had in the fridge. She was hoping there was still some waffle mix left. If so, she would make as many waffles as she could. She would then split them with the rest of the teachers like the nice woman she was. Entering the kitchen, Elizabeth found that she was first awake. Sighing sadly, she started her search for the waffle mix to make waffles for every teacher.

The Headmistress searched though at least five cabinets until she came across the large box that contained the mix Elizabeth had been looking for. Smiling, she pulled out the box and started making the liquidy mix that would soon become fluffy golden delicious waffles. "Waffles~! Waffle~! Yummy yummy waffles!" Elizabeth sang to herself and she started making the waffle mix. Hopefully other teachers would be awake soon.

Beep! Beep! Beep!

Slam! Claire's hand lingered on the button of her alarm. She was face down in her bed with the blankets half on her. She took a few minutes before seeing what time it was. Her clock blinked 6:45AM. Claire let out a groan and rolled over on her back pulling the sheets further off her. She didn't wear much in her sleep. She didn't like clingy clothes and she rolled around sometimes in her sleep so her clothes would feel like they are tightening up on her. The only thing she had on were loose flannel pants which had made their way up to her knees.

She slowly sat up and stretch, swigging her legs out and sat on the edge of the bed before pushing herself up. It was pitch black in her room and she didn't feel like fumbling to find her blinds. She snapped her fingers creating a spark that turned into a small flame. The match-size flame grew three times as big and Claire moved to the light switch near the door. She dropped her hand back down by her side and the flame extinguished.

She headed to the bathroom, dropped the only article of clothes she had and turned on the shower head. Once it was warm enough, she got in and cleaned up. Heading back to her room with a towel on her head, she went to her closet and pulled out a black, button-down, collared shirt and her favorite black with red lining trench coat. She tossed them on her bed and moved to her dresser to pull out black slacks and threw them next to her shirt. She pulled off the towel and pulled her clothes on. She sat back on the edge of her bed and opened a small jewelry box to pull out her choker and another box. Once her choker was fastened, she opened the box to reveal a glass eyeball staring back at her. She popped the ball into her right socket and pulled the eye patch out from a small slot on the side of the box. Making sure it was fastened, she stood up and put on her four inch boots.

Entering the bathroom, Claire, combed her hair to one side and in a loose ponytail. She finished with brushing her teeth and was out the door by 7:30AM. Claire didn't like to take too long when getting ready in the mornings. She made her way to the kitchen with her hands in her pockets whistling as she moved down the halls. As she got closer, she heard that she wasn't the only one up. As she turned into the kitchen she saw the Headmistress mixing something. "G'morning, Ms. Headmistress," she greeted as she walked closer. "What are you making?" When she was side by side to the Headmistress, she looked at the batter in the bowl the back at the Headmistress.

Elizabeth had looked over the kitchen and found the biggest bowl she could. Pouring in the exact amount of mix she needed, she started mixing it with the other ingredients She had multiplied what she would need for one mix by two. Then she picked up a whisk and began to mix in the mixture. Slowly the sin was coming up over the horizon. It was a wonderful sight that the head master adored.

Elizabeth loves sunrises. She saw very many back in her older life. She saw very many sunsets too. The Headmistress saw many other things but she chose not to remember that. The woman had tried many times to wipe the awful things she had seen from her mind. They just seemed to come back. Not that it mattered, the woman still pressed on. Besides, she liked to think she grew from those experiences.

The Headmistresses attention was caught by a person entering the kitchen. She had felt the presence of their mind before they entered. Finally she looked away from the sunrise to see Claire wander right into the kitchen. "Clariesy Claire claire!!" Elizabeth said happily and she mixed up the waffles mix. She had stupid names for everyone on the teaching staff. She only said them while they were in the Teacher's lounge and staff room of the house. Never around other students. By the time the other teacher came by her side. She had mixed the waffle mix well. Now she had to find the waffle maker.

"I'm makin' Waffles. Wanna help?" She asked sweetly. She placed her finger in the better to taste it. "Yummy. Waffles! now to find the waffle maker~!" The Headmistress started wandering the large kitchen for the waffle maker. She couldn't seem to remember where she put it. "Now where is that waffle maker." The woman asked herself. She seemed to be losing everything lately.
