A hooded figure moved through the halls of the school, unlocking certain doors within the building as he prepared for the students that would be arriving soon. Nightmare decided to leave the top floor, as the students and teachers would be receiving the keys to get into their rooms upon arrival, as also left the second, as classrooms were unneeded today, focusing instead on the recreational floor and the first. When he was satisfied that everything that needed to be unlocked was, he entered his office, locking the door behind him and removed his cloak as he headed for his desk, ruffling his hair, which happened to be short today, as he walked. Upon reaching his desk he set himself in his chair and began to shuffle through papers on his desk, a happy sigh escaping blackened lips. How he loved this room, and his own sleeping quarters, always kept dark as can be so he could avoid his allergy to light.

Mrison walked up the path to the school, tapping his cane against the ground with each step as to feel the vibrations it created through his bare feet. He had walked from the nearby town all the way here, with Tetu nudging him whenever he began to veer in the wrong direction, him speaking a soft thank you to her each time. Soon he reached the front door and he entered, heading to where he smelt someone to get his key, room number, and timetable from the receptionist, as well as a map, all of which were in Braille or raised enough for him to read.
The sea-goat went up the stairs, deciding to find his way to his room, counting each step to each floor, so he knew when he had reached a floor, and helping Tetu up the steps when she bleated for assistance. At the top floor he ran his hands across each door he came to, counting them off until he came to the correct room. Inside he sniffed at the air, locating the tank that would be his bed and placed his bags in front of it, before he threw himself on the lounge, soon joined by Tetu and Silvi, who had been riding on the actual goat’s back the whole trip. The blindfolded male curled around his beloved pets and closed his lids, murmuring soft words to the animals.

Razekial muttered to himself as he fished a piece of folded paper out of his pocket. Upon unfolding it he realized he really couldn’t read his own writing… He’d always been bad with that, but at least this time it was mostly numbers. That would be his room number. He carried nothing more than a somewhat large black messenger bag. The small male didn’t care to carry much. Luckily. He didn’t want to end up lost with too much crap. Now that was going to be the main challenge, or so he thought it would be. Actually he was able to have someone show him around till he got to the hallway. Thanking them he moved down the hall and to the room that had the same number as the paper. Upon opening the door he couldn’t say he wasn’t surprised.

Well, maybe they had told him, but he had completely forgotten (if he had been told) that he was sharing a room with someone. A rather odd someone at that. Not that odd was a bad thing. Looking over he sort of figured that the guy was some sort of fish, but his presence didn’t scream anything aquatic really and his ears and horns looked more like a goat, but all he really did was shake his head to clear the thoughts. He set his stuff down on his bed and cleared his throat. One, it really was sort of itchy, and two he wondered if he could catch the attention of the other. He’d have to talk to him sooner or later.

Mrison’s ears twitched slightly when he heard someone come into the room and giggled softly when Silvi jumped off him to inspect the new person, most likely sniffing at him by the soft snuffling noise he could hear, Tetu stayed snuggled up on his lap however, she was starting to get old and she was quite comfortable where she was. The sea-goat sniffed lightly at the air, to try and get the new-comer’s scent so he could recorginse if he was in the same room as him, and oh he smelt like sugary sweetness and the slight tang of bitter blood beneath skin, such a lovely smell, he could get used to that scent filling the room, and he was glad he had gotten used to his own sea-salt, dusty scent enough not to be able to notice it anymore. But he was getting lost in his thoughts and the other had cleared his throat. Did he want to talk or did he just have something in his throat? Oh well, the goat should probably talk to him either way, they were going to be roommates and it’d be best if they could get along well. He moved Tetu from his lap, setting her to get comfortable again on a cushion, and tapped his way over to the other, pulling at the scarf around his neck to free up the gills there, which flared as he took a deep breath, and holding out his hand in the other’s direction for a handshake, the actual hand covered by the large sleeves of his sweater. “Hi there, I’m Mrison. I’m a Sea-Goat and a Seer. What about you?” Always best to get everything out in the open first, that way it might not come up awkwardly later.

Razekial blinked as the little kitty came towards him. At first he wasn’t too happy to see that the other had animals, as they typically didn’t like him too well, but he hadn’t been attacked yet. However, now that he looked the kitten over he honestly couldn’t think about anything other than just how adorable it was. Razekial had a soft spot for the fuzzy/fluffy little animals, but kittens topped his list. They were just too damn cute sometimes. Razekial thought about picking the kitten up, but that thought went out the window soon as the strange male got up and made his way closer. Before the man actually spoke he stuck out his hand, so the small male was automatically starting in on how he didn’t shake hands, but then the sea goat spoke. ”Oh. Nice to meet you… I’m Razekial…” He didn’t make any effort to shake the other’s hand still. ”And I don’t really know how to explain what I am. Some alien dragon thing, I think.” He chuckled lightly and shook his head. If he could remember, he would definitely tell. ”And I don’t do the whole handshake thing. Not fond of the touching thing.”

Mrison pulled his hand back to his own body, placing it flat against his chest. “It’s nice to meet you Razekial. And I’m sorry, I didn’t know you didn’t like touching.” Silvi was still sniffing at Razekial and the Sea-goat crouched to pick him up, his finger accidently brushing against the other’s leg. He murmured a soft apology, before he stood and held the small bundle of fluff out to Razekial, pretty much shoving him in his face. “This is Silvi, you can play with him if you want, he seems to like you.” Mrison placed the kitten back on the ground, who started lightly clawing at Razekial’s pants-leg for attention, and went to his bags, pulling his scarf off entirely and struggling out of his sweater, the gills on his ribcage flaring at the feel of fresh air over them. He began to riffle through his bags until he found what he was looking for, the smaller bag of the tools of his trade, a crystal ball, tarot cards and the sort. “You said you were some sort of alien dragon thing. Are you always a dragon thing, or just sometimes” He placed the small bag on the desk closest to his tank and stood, tapping his way back to Razekial, smiling as he clutched at the bottle hanging from his throat. “Or is that an awkward question?”

The room was quite large, especially by the school's standards, and very cold and dark. The floor to ceiling windows were barred from shining any light inside by thick, heavy drapes. The only sound was that of a slow flow of water, like how an aquarium would sound, but quieter. Nothing stirred, nothing moved, hell, one couldn't even hear a thing breath. But there was someone there, oh yes there was, or a something, depending on how one would want to look at it. Outside birds sang beautiful songs of longing, letting the world know that today was an equally beautiful day. After a while, something inside stirred. The silence made way for the lapping of water against glass barriers - then the sound of sloshing water became louder and louder but was interrupted by a loud, disgustingly wet slap followed by a moist shuffling sound. Then, the curtains were thrown back in a flurry, flooding the chilly white room with a blinding light, and the windows were pushed open.

By the window stood a creature so perfectly beautiful, so radiant, that even the sun had to do a double take and paled just a tiny bit in comparison. Delicate features, fine bones, porcelain skin, crimson eyes and hair the colour of fine, woven gold. He was completely bare, but from the waste down, that made very little difference, as the scales showed very few things people would perceive as 'private'. He lay his long fingered, perfectly manicured hands on the window sill and leaned forward a bit... His beautiful face set in a scowl that seemed so incredibly unfitting that there had been attempts to pass laws forbidding him to do so, while red eyes searched the nearby trees for the birds that had been so loudly interrupting his dreams of carnage. Sure it was already late in the day, but there were no classes for him to teach today and it had been a very, very late night, so he hadn't been planning on getting up for a while to come. The scowl on his face made way for something way more sinister, and his perfect lips pulled back into a grin that foretold very bad things. Then his lips parted further and a sound came forth that was barely audible, and most certainly not human. It was tone so pure, so kind, so beautiful that it left anyone wanting nothing more than to drown in it. There were words as well, but they weren't in a language many people spoke, so even if they could make them out in the barely above a whisper, it would be almost impossible to tell what they meant.

It hadn't been much more than a sentence, then he closed the windows and waited. Within a few seconds of the windows being closed, there was a loud thud against it, and another, and another... with the birds having died an early splattered death, all was quiet again. Now that the lights shone brightly into the room, one could see that most of it was a huge glass tank with in it water that was so cold that you could almost smell how cold it was. It was crystal clear and there was nothing in the ways of decoration or anything else for that matter. Outside of the tank there were white tiles, white smooth walls, the three large windows with heavy dark blue curtains and a door leading to the hallway. It was easy to see that he didn't really care much about worldly goods. He stretched his arms over his head and rubbed his eyes tiredly before reaching out for the door handle and opening the earlier mentioned door, moving slowly out into the hallway. He moved slowly most of the time, but that didn't mean he couldn't move fast. It's just that he was hardly ever in a hurry - even if he was on his way to the headmaster, like now.

After feeding nights it was custom for him to let the headmaster know he was back and ready to resume teaching. Not because the headmaster was so interested in anything he did, but because it had happened on occasion that he showed up days too late and classes would have to be dismissed. Today he was in time though, classes would resume tomorrow, so he'd just pop in, say 'sup?' and pop back out. The sun that shone through the many windows in the hall reflected off his bright self, making him look like he was radiating his own light. and even without that light and his charming good looks, he looked like something quite out of the ordinary! From head to tail he was about 2 metres long and the tail itself looked like a collection of small gems, layered like scales. Spiked fins, so thin and fine that they were almost see-through at points, protruded from his shoulder blades and poked out of his hair where ones ears would be. A thin black ring pierced his navel and several equally black studs and rings graced his 'ears' and right eyebrow. He was clearly not in his element, but his movements were gracious none the less.

Yes, everything about this man was so damned gorgeous and pheromone loaded that it was just about sickening. Well, it sickened him sometimes... He finally reached the headmasters office and graced the door with a gentle knock.

Nightmare had grown bored as he had sat alone in his office and was tempted to go out to see if any students had arrived yet, but he would have to stay in the room a bit longer, a certain teacher should be coming back this day and he seemed to always come to the office first to let him know he had returned, however he would only wait for so long, as the man was sometimes missing for days after he was meant to be there, Nightmare was sure the creature had once been abscent for a month, yet again the fear-embodiment could have been exaggerating that. He laid his head against the desk and rested his arms against the wooden surface, the long sleeves of his clothing spreading out across it. He smiled slightly as he looked at the black fabric, it had been made from his hair a long time ago, to allow him to shift it to suit his needs and keep it with him when he changed forms, he remembered how a few students had started a rumour that there was nothing under the clothe, because it always managed to cover his hands and feet no matter how he moved. It had been quite the silly rumour and had amused the frightful creature significantly, so much he never attempted to put it to rest, sometimes it still came up, from student that had heard it from old students, that had heard from even older students.

Nightmare’s head was pulled from polished wood when he heard a light knocking at his door, his eyes flashing black before both turning red and he rose from his chair, moving to one of the far corners of the room where the light from the door could not reach him. It would be easier to just don the cloak, but he was quite enjoying the lack of extra weight, the cloak was very heavy from thick material made to block any trace of light. He frowned slightly, he had a feeling he knew who it was, unless a student had already managed to get in trouble, yet if he had already been on the premises the night before, he would usually still be asleep, especially if it was a day without lessons, or lessons for the aquatic male. But it was pointless to be thinking these things through when the door needed answering. The personification of terror smiled, revealing needle sharp teeth to be hidden by the black lips. “The door is unlocked, come on in.” Nightmare’s voice was at a normal volume, but it held a slight whispering echo to it. The echo was always there, however it was barely noticeable at his calm state, the echo only becoming bad when he was angry, upset or when he just wanted to freak new people out.

From inside a voice told him to come on in, so he did. He opened the door, moved inside and closed it behind him. It was a very sunny day and although he had no qualms about making anything uncomfortable, it just wasn't enough fun to deal with the trouble of leaving the door open and the shun shining into the headmaster's office. "Morning" he said, in a voice as crisp and clear as untouched snow. Inside the office it was dark, but not so dark that he couldn't see. In the far corner was the headmaster, who even in complete darkness still seemed to absorb the none existing light. "Back and ready for action." he added with a grin tugging on his lips. It was odd he'd agreed to be a music teacher. His kind wasn't well known for sharing any of their gifts with anyone who did not meet the requirements. And he himself was far from pleased about any kind of interaction that wasn't eating someone... But he was there, and he probably had some reasons. His lessons weren't perhaps what one wanted from a magically musically talented creature, but they were fine, minding that one didn't mind the verbal abuse. Mostly, he concentrated on beings with voices that held a magical property that needed to be contained. Banshees, sirens, that kind of stuff. the kind of creatures that couldn't order a coffee without peoples heads exploding.

He was in a relatively good mood today, even though he'd been woken up early. Food had been particularly appetising yesterday and it had been entertaining as well. Dinner and a show! "Will I be needed for anything today?" he asked the valid question. Unlike most 'normal' schools, new students dropped in and out during the entire year and sometimes introductions needed to be made or emergency cases needed to be attended. Not that he particularly felt like ruining his day by meeting new, uninteresting people, but to a certain degree ( a very small degree) he did actually do his job. If he wasn't needed, he'd just go back to his room and nap the rest of his day away in blissful freezing cold solitude. New students were such a pain. Normally they figured out pretty quickly that this teacher wasn't one to be hang around and indulge on pleasant conversation with, but first impressions really sucked when one looked the way the water spirit did. And there were always those few that were so enamoured by his looks that they insisted that all that needed to be done was 'defrost his cold heart and teach him how to accept someone's love'. As if... If this happened, it wasn't uncommon for teachers and students alike to place bets, guessing how many days, or sometimes hours, it would take before the water spirit managed to crush their fragile little souls and would send them running in tears. Ah yes... So sometimes new students could be entertaining!

Nightmare stepped away from the corner once the door was closed, quite pleased to note that not only was Angantyr back on time, but had learnt that headmaster’s office needed to be kept dark. He sat himself back on the desk and rested his cheek against his palm, red orbs boring into the nokk as he said he was back. The black-haired man’s lips pressed into a thin line, his smile had fallen as soon as the door had opened, he had always had difficulty with allowing others see emotion from him, and his free hand went up to wrap one of the tied-off section of purple strands around his fingers. “Yes I can see that. Glad to have you back.”

Nightmare let go of his hair when the other asked if he would be needed for anything else, the poor thing had probably been woken up by the birds again and wished to go back to sleep, and waved it in the air in an almost dismissive way. “Hard to say, but I would like you to stay awake. I have not seen any other teachers today and if there are problems I would prefer not to be the only one to solve them.” A small smile did start to tug at the fear-embodimant’s lips and he pulled a file to himself, opening it and dragging his finger down the ink-printed pages until he found what he was looking for. “I have something that might please you. One of the new students is blind, one less child to be drawn in by your charming self.” It amused him to no ends about how many students each year fell for the nokk’s lovely appearance, though he himself had never been drawn to the man for such reasons, as an embodiment of fear he was not attracted to such things looks, instead being drawn to personalities and emotions, and Angantyr just didn’t hold any traits he would be attracted to.

Nightmare stood from the desk and grabbed his cloak, fastening it around his body and pulling the cloak over his head. “You may go now Angantyr.” After the words were spoken he moved to the door, throwing it open, turning back to grin almost darkly at the nokk, part of his natural nature as fear-impersonified shining through, though he no longer indulged in the darkness of his desires for terror, it was still there, just under control now. “Try not to make too many poor children cry. ”

Ah, so the rest of the ruddy teaching staff had mysteriously disappeared... again! Unbelievable how that sometimes happened. Admittedly, these kids weren't easy and a bout of screaming and tears and occasional murder wasn't entirely uncommon, but the fact that sometimes there simply wasn't a living soul in sight while they were paid to be was a bit frustrating. Frustrating in this case because he was there, so he would have to help clean up the mess if the s**t did hit the fan. Just great, what a nice day! the headmaster continued speaking and Angantýr rose a delicate brow at the part about the new student. Blind, that was good, but there was still he microscopic nightmare called pheromones. Magical pheromones, from hell, sent to torment him... for whatever stupid reason. Or more like nokk pheromone, but that didn't sound very good in a rant, now did it? No, in truth, most of it lay in his appearance, and if this kid couldn't see, he was no officially this teacher's pet. Until he got bored of it, of course, and teacher's pet just meant he would maybe treat him a wee bit better than a stain on the carpet. "Hmm blind...? Now all he needs is a physical deformity and a mild retardation and I'll make him my fourth wife..." he said jokingly, but with surprisingly little mirth.

Then he was excused and left the office after the headmaster had pulled on his cloak. Just before that, he was treated to a smile that could make ones skin crawl and toes curl in fear. But much like how his beauty did not effect the man before him, the fear the other impersonated bounced right off the nokk's smooth skin. The two seemed to tolerate each other on a level that other simply could not understand. Angantýr understood fear and acknowledged it's existence in the world but there was no place for it in his heart. The last thing the headmaster said, when the nokk was already leaving the office, made him chuckle, "Ah, but where is the fun in that?" with that, he moved into the hallway.

Razekial really didn’t know how to reply to that one, but he certainly didn’t think that the whole Well now you do. Don’t forget it. coming from the back of his mind would have been polite. So he just sort of nodded despite the fact that, by now he was aware, the other could not see. ”It’s fine.” That time anyway. The small male dropped it from there and seemed a little startled when the kitten was basically shoved into his face… Not that he minded that so much… The kitten was adorable so he figured he could let that one slide. He was actually going to pet the kitten, but by the time he had gone to reach out the other male was putting the animal down and moving on to something else. At least the kitten seemed to want some attention so he gave it some, crouching down with a soft smile he rubbed a finger between Silvi’s ears. It wasn’t long though before Mrison was speaking and Razekial had to focus on him.

Honestly, he was a little confused by the other male’s appearance, head tilting to the side as he took a moment or two to look the sea-goat over. Strange, though Razekial hardly thought that strange was a bad thing. At least he didn’t have a roommate as dull as himself, that was a plus. While he could go on studying the other it would do little when it came to figuring Mrison out, he could always just question the other at some point or another. Shaking his head the small male remembered he had been asked a question and gave it some thought. ”There’s hardly ever any reason or room for me to be in any other form but this one… So I suppose it’s just sometimes… Well, hell, rarely anymore.” He didn’t think he really needed to tell the other it wasn’t awkward, or at least to him despite the fact that he had been biting his tongue to keep from asking a million and one questions about the other considering he felt it might be prying.

Mrison was glad that Razekial didn’t seem insulted by his attempt at contact, though he would have been saddened if the other had been, really how was he to know what a stranger was not so fond of, he was a seer after all and in no way any form of mind-reader or even empath. Silvi began purring at the attention he received from the white-haired male and rolled onto his back, kicking his little paws to bat lightly at the fingers, if the goat could see his reaction would have just screamed ‘aww’, but of course he couldn’t and even without the blindfold all he would see would be a section of darkness and another of indistinguishable blurs of colours.

The sea-goat rose his eyebrows as Razekial spoke, not exactly understanding the words, and he wondered briefly if the other male hadn’t realised he was sightless yet, it had happened before, with some people assuming the blindfold was made of opaque material with how easily he seemed to find his way around, it never occurring to them that he might be using other senses to fill in the blanks. He was somewhat tempted to reach out and touch Razekial’s face to feel how he might look, but he didn’t, knowing it would most likely upset him and he didn’t want to get on his room-mate’s bad side, so instead he occupied his hand by tapping his fingernails of one hand against the glass of the bottle around his neck, the other’s grip on his cane tightening and loosening. “I can only assume you are saying you are in a somewhat normal-sized, humanoid form?” he had already guessed Razekial was at least bipedal, as he had only heard two footsteps thus far.

In the middle of the hallway holding a dark blue backpack stood Nanashi looking down at the map of the school that was supposed to direct him to his room, going over the paper again he realized he might have over shot it " go back? " he ordered himself as he turned back the other way and went on searching. It took him a few times but Nanashi had found the right hallway towards his room. So far the school was so enormous he had gotten lost a few times.

Nanashi knew that getting lost in this school would be a regular thing for the next few days till he had a good idea about were everything was. When he had first arrived he was dropped off by his caretaker from the orphanage " Well sweetie I hope you do great in this school, and don't forget to visit us from time to time we love you and we'll miss you. " Ms Vivian ruffled his dark blue hair a little a look of concern crossing her face. " uh shes worried about me again " he sighed and did his best to give the woman a smile. Feeling reassured Ms Vivian let Nanashi run off. Its not that Nanashi didn't like her worrying about him he was just really quiet and never really spoke unless he had to which was almost never.

Opening the door to his room Nanashi took in the simple furnishings bed, desk, and all that stuff for a student " I won't have classes today but I'll check out the rest of the school " he was hungry and his stomach growled with protest. Ready to go Nanashi went out, but through the wall of his room and ending up in the hall again. He was a Phantom or at least part phantom, he's been this way since he was 14 it was a little scary at first but Nanashi could only control his power rarely. Most of the time he would end up invisible for a couple of hours not that it mattered he didn't bother anyone. " Oh hungry...I forgot. " He though forgetting what he was doing.
