Koido woke up with a thunk as his head hit the arm of the seat next to him. Jesse had ditched him. He groaned loudly and pushed himself up out of his seat. Great, he'd fallen asleep on his date with the girl and she'd ditched him for it. Well, that just put him in a lovely mood. If he saw her on the sidewalk, he'd ignore her. Grumbling, he left his trash where he was and left the theater in a huff, unlocking his car, sliding into the seat, buckling in, and pulling away from the curb. He did see Jesse standing there trying to wave someone down, and he just didn't look again. He turned on his stereo and blasted it full volume with his windows down. Blankly, he realized that she still had the cloth he wore. Blankly, he realized he didn't care. He probably wouldn't wear one anymore now anyway. He didn't care if he did the speed limit. He didn't care what happened right now. He'd been ditched on a date, and man was he pissed about it. "Pah, see if I take her anywhere anymore. I don't ******** care if I fell asleep. She ******** ditched me." He was constantly cursing all the way home. He almost crashed four times, and another time as he pulled into a spot at Emerlie. He parked his car, got out, locked it, and sulked off. God help the next person who crossed Koido Fuhei.
Hangin' round d o w n t o w n by myself
And I had so much time
To sit and think about m y s e l f
And then there she was
Like double cherry pie
Yeah there she was
