Nalin nodded to the male in front of him when he told him he had no qualms over his people's view of humans. Heh, if only he knew the severity of how they felt. he thought to himself. The fay people, especially those of the Unseelie court, were not known for their hospitality to those of lower ranks. Nalin however was a special case in this regard. Having lived amongst the humans and other species of creatures for so long had shown him how hard these peoples lives were when contrasted to the courts. Because of strong magics that resided in their realm, as well as the faerie people themselves, they did not have to suffer the effects of drought, famine, or disease. They had lived relatively peaceful lives through out the centuries they had lived, only really going to battle with their counter parts, the Seelie Court. No, in regards of these creatures dexterity and drive to survive they were the dominant and higher ranked species.
Pulling himself out of the haze of thoughts that bombarded his head he listened to what Li had to say. Yes, again I apologize for not knowing much. As Natsumi and Ken returned to their group, Nalin watched the two. The obviously strained feelings between the two brought his mind racing to his dear Kai. He wondered what the male was doing, and had done since they had parted ways. Had he rested like Nalin had asked? Shaking the thought from his head Nalin returned to the conversation at hand not wanting to trouble these people with his worries. That was a meow? I would hate to hear what he sounds like if he was angry. Nalin stated sarcastically. As Li attempted to comfort Natsumi he could only smile and shake his head in disbelief. Her cute naivete and shyness really was endearing. Looking at Li Nalin nodded. Sure I wouldn't mind figuring out what the commotion is about. he said as he began to walk in the direction of the howl.
