This Maxus was now slightly more irritated than before, slowly trotting outside, simply following Miyuki's scent. Before even a minute passed, Maxus found himself standing outside the bleachers his head in view of Miyuki, though he didn't look at her as he spoke to her again, his voice likely coming in a bit hazy as she likely attempted to refuse him access to speak in her mind. "You truly are a fool. I didn't say those things to be mean, not completely. Mainly, I said them because of the danger that alcohol posses to the human body in excessive quantities. I can't have you dying now, can I? Not after that other fool... After I- Swore to protect you from all harm. Now, clear you cloudy eyes so I can once again bear to look at you, the mere scent is making my head spin." Maxus told her, his voice now calm, and collected as he spoke in a more traditional tongue mixed with modern words. It was obvious that he was concerned about her, and he was also obviously having trouble showing it.

Nekai looked up idly at the ceiling. She'd skipped school for the past few days, without any note to a teacher or authorities, but for a legitimate reason. Out of nowhere, she sneezed, her white kitsune ears curling back against her head.

There was always something in the air this time of year around, something that always grabbed her and made her its victim. As her tail flickered in frustration behind her, she pulled up another box of tissues from the collection on the floor, curling up with it and opening it with her claws. She hated being sick. Especially since she couldn't get up and do anything, without having to worry about a runny nose, a weak stomach.

But thinking about it now; the actual physical sickness seemed strange. Maybe it wasn't allergies, she contemplated.

Kai rolled around in bed, having stolen her roommate's blankets and sheets and using them. She hadn't ever seen her roommate actually, so she had reason to believe whoever it was wouldn't care.

Her cerulean eyes slowly began to close.

Getting off of a black motorbike, Levi parked it. Her loss at the tournament had gotten to her. She rubbed her chin as she put her helmet on the bike's handle and pushed it into a bush. Hopefully, no one would find it and dare to trash it. Things would have been really bloody if that were to happen. Levi walked in through the school gates and headed towards the dorm room. She had a small bag in her hand.

Levi was told that her room mate was sick with a cold via text message from a fellow student. Being considerate, before coming back, Levi had bought some cold medication for her room mate. She actually never knew who her room mate was. Not at all. Not even since school started. Levi really wanted to know who they were. This would be a great chance to meet and get to know them.

"I'm coming in." Levi called before opening the door with her key. Ah. The first thing Levi noticed was that her room mate was using both her blankets and sheets, and Levi's too. Levi didn't mind at all really, they were sick. She probably didn't know of Levi's existence anyways. Levi also noticed the tail and her hair. It looked silky... It was very pretty too.

So her room mate was a youkai?

She didn't even mind that either. Levi just smiled to herself as she sat down on her completely naked bed, placing the bag in front of her. It would be rude to wake up a sleeping person, let alone a sleeping youkai. But now Levi had to spend some time before she could nurse her room mate. Levi's arm reached for the table that sat beside her bed, opening the single drawer it had, being careful to be quiet too. She took a peak inside and pulled out a book. It was an old book. Not to mention a really bad book. But she had no choice.

Slowly pushing the drawer back in, Levi opened the book. She began to read... The book she read was written by Sandra Hills. The title? Rough and Ready.
