♫Twilight.. I used to think it was interesting. In 2007, I borrowed Eclipse from my friend. She said it was a good read, so I read it. I, myself, thought it was worth reading the other two books in the series at the time. I got Twilight out of the school library and read it within three days, same as New Moon. I thought they were both surprisingly good. When Breaking Dawn came out, who remembers when, I was so excited. I read it within two days, and I never gave another thought about the series. Other than, "What a horrible ending.." The more I think about the series now, the worse it really becomes..
♫Bella is so easily manipulated. It's almost funny how puppet-like she is around Edward. She easily fell for him out of the most shallow reasons; nice hair, good looks, charming attitude. In fact, I think it was just his nice hair and good looks. Edward isn't that charming.. She easily dropped Jacob because she had the slightest assumption that Edward would return, which, to me, is also shallow. She hurt him again and again, and just couldn't let him go. She's selfish, self-centered, and self-absorbed. Apparently, the world revolves around her and her only.
♫Edward is your charming teen vamp who suffers bipolarity. One minutes, he tells Bella he loves her, and the next he at her throat, telling her how idiotic she is for falling for him, and how she should stay away. Eventually, though, he comes back to her. I feel that Edward never really had a problem with making Bella a vampire, as long as Jacob couldn't have her. He's oddly abusive, and I suppose that if he's with someone and 'in love' than everybody would ignore that. Also, Edward, in my opinion, isn't that attractive. Nor is Robert Pattinson. But what I'm trying to say is that the way the book describes Edward, I just don't think he's 'Prince Charming', or 'Romeo', or anything else Bella thinks of him as. He's just Edward.
♫Rosalie. The only vampire with the least bit of sense. I don't really think she hated Bella, she was protecting her. Scaring her away from the pit of firey flames of hate that being a vampire really means. In a way, yes, she hated her, but only to keep her from Edward and the house full of too-welcoming vampires. They all accepted Bella too easily, assuming that she was the only one Edward would ever love. I'm sure he could get over her, and Rosalie knew that, too. Rose, she's smarter than anyone gives her credit for. She wanted Bella to live a happy life, fall in love with a human, get married, have children, raise them, and die naturally. She wanted her to have a full life, and nothing longer. Just think about it..
♫Ah, Emmett. The all-too-strong-and-manly vamp. I like him. He's like the buff big brother I never had. I think him and Rose manage to get along well. She's a beautiful blonde, while he reminds me of, like, a surfer-type guy. They're two peas in a pod.
♫Alice, the nicest vampire you'll ever meet. Too nice, like the niceness you see in a psycopath neighbor, like in the movie starring Shia LaBeouf.. Anyway, yeah, I like her though. She means well, for the most part.
♫Jasper is a bit frightening to me. I think he should just live as a normal vampire. Instead of hiding his wants, he should've killed Bella.. Vegetarian Vampirism as a bit.. unaccepted among vampires. I wonder why.. That's why Jasper looks like he's in pain. He looks like.. he's controlling something that takes 400 years of practice. Plus, he's tasted it before. It must make it worse, having tasted and drank it for strength at one time, then not being able to have anymore of it.
♫Twilight was interesting once, long, long, ago. Bandwagons started forming, though, and I think that that's what killed the magic of Twilight. Bandwagons. But, this is strictly my opinion, and you should reply with your total disagreement or agreement.
