I have no knowledge of Hellsing beyond knowing that Alucard is Dracula and that he works for Hellsing (right? I'm not even sure about that), but I decided to give the video a try anyway. No problem at all, and yes, Alucard is Dracula and working for Hellsing because the original Von Hellsing defeated him, so he's kinda made a vow to stay with Von Hellsing's family no matter what. That's in the original canon of the series, I have no idea what, if they should decide to continue this series, they'll decide is the story of why Alucard is staying with them, but I suppose it doesn't really matter XD

Yes, they do. A guy named Crispin Freeman does Alucards voice and Takahata's version sounds a lot like his. The rest of the characters are all British except for Luke and Jan.

People always tell me that the subbed versions of anime are always better than the dubbed versions, but I hate having to read subtitles. It makes me concentrate too hard on what the characters are saying and not enough on what they are actually doing.
