I think im going to have to say Hollow Ichigo.

I think its mostly because the one thing you don't seen enough of is that manic-berserker style fighting that Hichigo and Kenpachi are known for using; and so every time Hollow Ichigo appears, you know you're in for a treat.

And how.

He appears the 1st time; we find out that ichigo could be twirling Zangetsu by its hilt wrap and hurling it at adversaries.

Then he helped defeat Byakuya, an opponent that Ichigo was about to lose to.

then we got to witness Hollow Ichigo's version of 'Bankai', and how relentlessly he uses it.

Then Far later, in Hueco Mundo, Hollow Ichigo assumes direct control after Ichigo is executed bY Ulquiorra and we witnessed the terrifying might of its full power being exerted through Ichigos body.

It's always epic business when Hollow Ichigo shows up
