i remember coming in at the middle of it playing and one week they were in the city and the next in the desert and was completely lost. but i have the whole thing now on DVDs so i can watch it when i miss it badly enough. still one of my favorites

Indeed it was a very beautifully done series. It's one of the few shows were I actually cried. The ending is a little disappointing but other than that it's a great series. Definitely need to re-watch it sometime.
