I'm not sure about a few that people are saying (i.e. Durarara!! and Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler)), but I do have to give props to whoever recommended Devil May Cry. All that is happens to be shooting and slicing up demons who spew blood everywhere. And while it's rather old animation, I do recommend that for you.
