Kurama From YYH: Possibly a homosexual?

Alright: For the record Yoshihiro Togashi, when asked about Hiei/Kurama's relationship said "It was up to the fans".

Now, No matter what I say, Kurama will not be officially gay.

Here are a few points though:

1)Yoko Kurama and Kuronue traveled together for YEARS stealing things. Years and years and years. alone. Together. But that's not all. Notice that YEARS after Kuronue is gone Kurama is still grieving? Friendship is one option, then there's...something for.

2)His hair. Ok, Kurama had one girlfriend when he was 14. He had short hair back then. After he and his girlfriend broke up (for mysterious reasons) he grew out his hair. The boy's hair is as long as his but. Come on!

3)Flowers. The man fights with flowers. Seriously guys, that's a tad queer.

4)The OFFICAL art.

Notice that in these first 4 (and I have more I didn't post) Him and Hiei are touching, almost touching and other rather suggestive things.

oh god i've been through this before but i see where you are deriving ur information from. and i shall contradict them because i'm a Kurama fangirl and can support him.

1. Kuronue and Youko were like brothers. You'd grieve too if ur brother was killed for the sake of saving you. Sure, Kurama does grieve for him. But where in the anime do you see it mentioned? it ish only mentioned in the movie and that's only because he was reminded of it. Kurama has supressed that memory, along with all the other ones he's had as a youko so that he could live a normal like as a 'human.'

2. it ish not mysterious reasons why Kurama and Maya broke up. Kurama didnt want to put her in any danger so he erased her memory of ever having met him or her feelings towards him. It's all for her protection, seeing as how he's a demon and may always be trailed or sought after.
Just because someone has long hair doesnt make them gay. My boyfriend has long hair and he's not gay. One of my friends has long hair and he's not gay. That's just a dumb stereotype.

3. Flowers show his elegance. He may be a bit more elegant than your typical manly badass boy but that doesnt prove a thing. Plus, if you ever examine a rose, they can be dangerous. dude...thorns hurt. I mean really.

4. i see...pictures. First one isnt queer at all. It's nice.

second one: they are partners after all so they would watch each other's back.

same goes for the third one.

now the fourth one, i'll give you that one. It ish a bit odd. But that could mean that he and Hiei are close since they are partners and all.

Give Kurama a break dude. He doesnt dance that often, if any at all. And if you see Hiei, he cant dance for beans. Same with the Kuwabara one. Disco? seriously. So if you are gonna look at the dancing pictures, first examine the others.

dark_fox_angel, Thunder_Nyan_Nyan, YuYu Hakusho is not a kids show. It is in Japan, but at first the show was hosted on Adult Swim and then became "Cut", (Simply people taking out and digitally drawing over all the blood/cleavage the Rukia(? Is that her name?) had, and so forth.) they even cut out the part where Kuwa-kun and Yuusuke-kun kiss. Then, after being butchered and dubbed over the langauge they stuck the show on Toonami for younger audiences to watch.

After that cropping the only /bad/ word I heard was crap, and Kuwa said it.

And I agree with Togashi, it's up to the fans really.

But then again Kurama could go either way. I've caught little hints of possible Hiei moments in the show, but not much. Intended? Who knows. Fans make the love.

We all have strong points to support our beleifs. ;P Honestly, I've read some pretty good opinions, I don't know which one to lean on anymore. I guess both? XD Possible?

This is silly. If he is attracted to guys he could either be Bi or Gay. He doesn't have to hit on them though.


And YYH is not a Kids Show. It's very bloody and rather adult. Teen age audience.
