I know spoilers and such even though I haven't finished the series. So, who knows? Maybe my opinion will change by the time I'm done, but we'll just have to wait and see. I started out not able to decided, after seeing the first live action movie. When I started watching the anime, I decided I leaned slightly towards L because from the moment Light realized the power he had, his ego started inflating and it bugged me. Of course I don't hate him or anything. He's still a very interesting character with amazing intelligence and what would be the point of watching a show in which you can't stand the main character? But, as I said, at the moment I'm going with L.

I relate to L much more than Light.
