Volks dollfie and Obitus 1/6 aren't the same as strung resin in terms of bjds, but I personally see no reason why they CAN'T count. They're the same thing as the 1/3 scale Obitsu and Dollfie Dreams, which are perfectly acceptable to talk about, just smaller. They are all made of plastic, they are all equally customizable. Therefore, they should all count.

That being said, even if some people DO have their little issues with 1/6 dolls, there's really not a whole lot that they can do about it. This place isn't DOA. Nobody is gonna fly off the deep end and ban you from Gaia for daring to talk about the dolls they personally don't like. They CAN'T. So feel free to talk away! And any dolly snob who doesn't like it is equally free to go stick their head up their butt and find some other thread to post in. mrgreen

i put the eyes on the last 3 in the past few days, and since then some of the decals have fallen off.....so here's a pic of them right after, when they still had all their facial parts ^^;

i'm planning on buying some paint and replacing their eyes this weekend. i will NEVER use eye decals again..... ><;;

Hey Gaians!
I'm not sure if I've posted on his forum before XD But I have three BJDs (soon to be four!), two pullip/taeyang dolls, and one Obitsu 27cm. Needless to say, I have quite a little problem hording collection going on.
My four BJDs are: Ava (puki fee pong pong) Sonya (patchwork doll, head and body are two different companies), TK (MSD Angel of Dream Tao Hoa Dao), and Vaughn (SD Doll Family H Ling Feng)
My pullip is Aubrey- Aquel and my Taeyang is Kilei- Sage.
The first thing I can say to new comers is to not be afraid of non-bjd dolls! I started out with my Obitsu just to see if i actually liked the thought of owning a doll. She was cheap and fun to customize, so I decided yeah, heck, I'd pay maybe a little bit more to get a bigger and different doll. So then I bought Aubrey (pullip). I liked her features, but was a little more in love with the ability to personalize dolls that collecting something with a preset personality. Then I moved on to BJDs. I've done face-ups, sewn clothing, unstrung and strung dolls, cosmetic modifications using a dremel, and modified wigs so if you have a question I hope I could help :3

Do know If you guys have seen these. but these doll's were available at tuesday morning stores across the usa. Yes $120 dollar Abjd dolls for 20 to 30 dollars. they are called hestia dolls. from JUN PLANNING. They Are great dolls. I have Six of them.
