Dottie has already gotten him all painted and will be sealing and glossing him and getting me photos of the finished faceup tomorrow! *does a legless approximation of a dance* Now I'll just have to not be a dumbass and ruin his faceup again! biggrin Alsoalsoalso, I iz feeling akomplished! I made a cincher for one of my other boys out of plastic canvas, cotton batting and some striped material cut off a shirt, and it actually looks good! His new, appropriately Romanti-gothy outfit will be here tomorrow (if the effing postman actually bothers to knock this time stressed ), so I'll be able to see how it looks with what he's *supposed* to be wearing instead of what he's *been* wearing. I also found the perfect shoes for him, but I'm waiting for them to come back in stock. I've been assured that they will be back in stock at the manufacturer's around the end of the month, so i should be getting them in a couple of weeks.

She's very pretty! andyeah, clothes for them are as much as clothes for us! For just *one* of my boys, I've spent *cringes* $220 in total, including his wig and clothes+shoes and accessories. I could have bought my floating head a body for that much. gonk

To answer your question, got into them because I saw one I wanted instantly. Otakon 2k7 and the boys of Bishonen House were the very start of the sickness for me.XD I haven't gotten a BH boy yet, but I hope to eventually. I have gotten the other main ones I wanted, though. Unidoll Ark is the one who really got me ging on collecting, as that was my first doll. I saw that face on the Unidoll site and I fell. SO. hard.
