questionemo So who liked Casshern Sins on Toonami and why.
I kind of liked it, It's like a revers of Astro Boy and 009wink.
"I don't know what I am or even who but my enemy's call me Casshern"
Quote from the show.
Tell me what you think about it and if it should stay on?
i liked it. i'm a fan of grim post-apocalyptic stories, so this was appealing to me despite being a bit slow at points.
it sort of reminds me of Battle Angel Alita.
Very, very strange, compared to the original series, Casshan. A total reboot, from android super hero to an amnesiac destroyer of the world, I'm not sure how I feel about it. I'll keep watching it, though.
The animation was pretty neat. Although the episode kind of just threw the audience into the world of Casshern Sins without a concrete clue such as what was going on in the first place. Plus the little girl was pretty annoying. I'll keep watching to see how it turns out though, considering this show is related to a Tatsunoko character.

Casshern Sins look interesting at least. To me, the first episode did little more than tell me Casshern's name, a lot, and showed that Casshern is some kind of super Megaman/Astro Boy/Gundam thing. The little robot girl kind of creeped me out. I'll watch the next episode next week and see if it's still worth watching.
I'm a big mecha fan but Casshern Sins didn't really hold interest for me.
maybe it was because it was just the first episode. I'm not sure.
I might grow into it but so far, its nothing very special.
I liked it more than Deadman Wonderland.
I had no idea what the hell was going on when it first started, so I just sat back and went with it. -shrugs-
The animation wasn't too shabby and the voice acting wasn't bad either. The little robot girl was pretty cute. It's something that I might watch next week.
