Since our PE teachers chooses someone to lead the warm-up part of Physical Education lessons and I'm the one who has to do that next time, it would be really helpful to get a few ideas what I could do. I'm not a fan of doing sports, but PE is obligatory at almost every German school so there's no way of not doing it.
jumping jacks are good warmup cardio, toe touches are very good for getting the muscles loose, and i personally like doing squats and side lunges before a workout.
