Welcome to Gaia! ::

Any excersizes I can do with or without a machine? I have a membership to a gym to I have access to machines. I'm working on eating healthier. I do ballet twice a week and I'm trying to go to the gym an additional day a week.

As with anyone doing weights you shouldn't pump or strain yourself right off the bat. For what your looking for I suggest swimming above all.

Any specific strokes that would be good?

Free style is good for the arms, back, neck, and legs. It tones, tightens, and burns tons of calories.
The butterfly also has the same effect, and it's a bit harder to do:

Also, the backstroke is good for your arms, coordination, and balance.
