So im going to join a gym tomorrow, it isnt that big but its good enough. I just want to know how to help reduce my stomich and tighs <- (probbly spelled that wrong). I know i have to work out my whole body but what would help lose weight in those areas?
Unfortunatly because of the way women are built genetically the thighs and butt are the last place we lose weight from! I know women that are so fit but they still have these problem areas.
You are going to have to train up your whole body til you are at a decent body fat percentage, and even then its no garentee you will lose much off your thighs! Concentrate on working your entire body with a routine of HIIT cardio and weights and if you get really fit and your thighs are still an issue (which hopefully they wont be) look into intermediate fasting
