Need feedback on Neosporin Eczema Essentials

So I recently learned through commercial about Neosporin's new Eczema Essentials line, and I'd like to know if there are any reviews here? Good and bad, I'd like all of them please. My sister and I have fairly sensitive skin (thanks, genetics) and this skin ointment seems like it would be promising, given she has I think a lesser form of eczema and my skin is just really sensitive to most face washes (can't afford proactive and the only other promising face washes that work on my skin usually dry the skin out pretty quickly)

So, any helpful reviews or other brands? Please post them here, thanks in advance.

I've never used it, but here are some reviews from Amazon, Frugal Novice, and Mummy Knows.

I've never used it, but I always used things like Calamine and Aloe and Honey for mine. Worked almost as well as being on oral corticosteroids for me.
