Myfitnesspal is a diet tracker, calorie counter, fitness tracker, and support forum and more. They have a free app that I use FREQUENTLY. Tracking is as easy as scanning the barcodes of what you've eaten! I've found that the diet tracker really helps you to see all those bad habits... You'll think twice about pulling into taco bell after your night shift, that's for sure! Plus, I don't want to eat that bag of M&M's because I don't want to have to log it... I feel guilty!
I used to use SparkPeople, but now I lean more to MFP since they have the free app. SP's is 3.99.
