I believe my friend is actually doing this, and
she is one of those people who really research into
what works and what is the best source to use.
and, I do think it will work. It is basically training your body to eat a little less
than you would normally on days you indulge a lot, without knowing.
So I think it will help in the long run, with not to feel starving some times. (or when our minds make us think we are hungry)

Little did I know I was IF all of my life. I've remained thin. Be sure that when you do eat, you get as much of the necessary vitamins and nutrients as you need. I.e. eat meals heavy with plant and animal matter, less pasta, pizza, burgers, food products, etc. and you will be fine.
