Hey everyone!
I decided to make a thread to push people to reaching their goals to being healthy.
Personally, I want to go back to a size 10 (currently size 18 )
&& hearing positive encouragement helps.
It's kinda hard to believe it though when you're friends are
size 10 and smaller.
So this thread is for the people working towards their personal goals
to talk about the issues, get some tips, & get someone to say "i understand".
This is a stress free & happy place, so no
bullying or negative vibes will be allowed.
If this thread gets big I may even do a weight contest where you win gold
every week for people that really love gaia.

This is a wonderful thread. I'm looking to lose 20 pounds since I used to be 110 lb for a person who is just 5'.

However, since I'm STILL 5', I have gotten lazier and don't have a sport someone's gettin paid for to force me into practicing so I'm now 130 lb. Now I wanna get back into being active, but I've never tried starting or devoting.
I think I'll just track this topic.

Yeah, I probably have most of y'all beat. I am looking to loose 100+ lbs.
I use SparkPeople to track my exercise and food. It also has a lot of recipes, articles, and videos. mrgreen
I want to get skinny or even buff. I've been exercising a little bit, and watching my food intake. Generally I am trying harder to control my quantity of food, rather than quality.
So far I've lost only 5 pounds in two months. I wanted to be down 100 in a year, similar to Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition. I now realize that that wasn't a reasonable goal to start with. But I do want to be thinner by then. I know that if I lose 50lbs in a year, I should be happy.
I've always been stubborn, so having to change my goal was a bit hard.
