Beloved Vampire

I went to the doctors for my back pain. They had me take x-rays and afterwords they said that I have mild scoliosis. They prescribed me pain medication, as well as setting up appointments for physical therapy. He explained to me that because my core, and hamstrings are very weak, they don't support my back like they should. However, he said I am very healthy. I'm not overweight or anything. He said that I just need to tone up, so the muscles can support my back like they should. Keeping in mind that I'm a 17 year old female, are there any workouts for those areas that are beneficial? I know that the physicians at the physical therapy will help, but it's not scheduled for a while yet.
