It's by the same animation studio that did Code Geass. It was fairly popular back when it was airing in Japan.

The show had some weak points in it's plot, but overall it was pretty decent. I liked Kotetsu as a main character.

Is it that manga Tigerman/Bunnyman?

I've never heard of Tigerman / Bunnyman, but no, it is not.
It's a superhero anime. You can watch all the episodes for free on Hulu!

I highly recommend it. It's my second favorite anime series.

Sounds like Gaia is getting big bucks to promote something nobody here heard of.

They are wise to get in while they can... Tiger & Bunny is HUGE in Japan. They have a restaurant, a radio show, a live show, a novel, a manga, drama cds and figurines galore... TONS of stuff. I just went to a panel in NYCC where the room that seats 300 was filled up and people were waiting outside to hear what was going on.

Part of it is that this series was an anime first, and the producers were smart and got it sponsored by REAL companies. So every time the heroes come out in their uniform, you're seeing pepsi, google, amazon, etc. But they aren't annoyingly in the way or anything. And the story is really good to (esp after ep 12-13).

Well, that's not true at all. Most sites similiar to Gaia, but smaller which have people more fitted toward it's genre. It just goes to show you how diverse the personalities are here. And it is in fact a quality and popular anime.
