This is bad. I didn't imagine that finding a Kotetsu doll would be near impossible. None on the marketplace, none on the exchange. Decided to buy the blind boxes, but so far no luck. 13 boxes and no trace of the ojisan yet.

If you know someone who is willing to sell it could you send them my way please?

Kotetsu has the lowest drop rate out of all of the characters.
For a time there was only one Kotetsu on the market place and he was being sold for millions.
But yeah! If I hear about someone wanting to sell their doll I'll let you know! <3

And it doesn't help that this blind box wasn't popular. But at least I managed to get almost all of the heroes in civil. I won't be buying the dolls directly since i'm still getting the blindboxes. My gold is suffering.
