anyone who's heard of the comic book series, which did come out before the television series, would know that the story is actually from the point of view from carl's point of view. I won't give it away, but there's no way in hell Shane's going to be a walker if they follow the comic plot

I figured they wouldl write him out eventually.
And didn't Shane look like he was bleeding from his face in the exact same way as that pic as in the new promo for the new episode?

The writers of the show have stated before they arent following the comics but veering off in their own direction. I don't want to spoil the comic but .....

I heard in the comic that Shane is killed by Carl, and Rick later digs him up and finds out he is a walker and kills him once and for all. But I haven't read it. A friend told me about it. So I can confirm for sure.

they've gone back to taking pieces from the comic though. the whole sofia plot line wasn't in the comic, but the way they are making everyone interact is leading up to the comics. but who knows. honestly though i don't think they will make him a walker. it's shane, he's the badass trouble maker who thinks he can do anything or anyone for that matter, that he wants. he's the antagonist, and i doubt he's going anywhere.
