any one notice hershel's shot gun has infinite ammo?

It didn't have infinite ammo. Its just when he ran out of bullets Hershel resorted to shooting pure unconcentrated old man rage at the zombies.

I was hoping they would show him reloading at some point, perhaps after 8 shots, but alas this didn't really happen.

Or at least reloading a round in after each shot so he could keep up the continuous fire- plus, where was he keeping the ammo, on his belt or like what?

He had no ammo belt. ._.

Would have been awesome if he did though.
