And suddenly they were everywhere. A clone pilot constructing a turret let out a scream and fell to the ground, a green rabbit attached securely to the flexible material between helmet and torso armor.

OPEN FIRE!

Ecks lifted his Punisher and pressed both fingers onto both triggers at the same time. The whine of the minigun built for only a second, before a blistering hail of blaster bolts tore out of the front of the gun, gouging huge chunks out of the ground or any obstacle it hit, completely blowing away any of the rabbit creatures.

Ashburn fired several times, each smashing holes into the advancing hordes of "Grunnies," as they were known. But to no avail--bitten twice already, his fingers were starting to feel stiff, as well as his body in general. Aim, fire, reload. Aim, fire, reload. This continued for quite a time.

He needed no exploding rounds, he had his DC-15, which was all he needed as he continued to rain his shots upon the approaching swarm. Reload time, as he quickly took his gun to his side and started to re-load, another sniper filling his spot as some others came to his position. The smell of ozone was in the air, and it was thick.

"Explosions seem to work best! If you have any explosive rounds fire them now!" Wind shouted, fireing to hopefully get others to follow his lead in using hard to dodge explosives. "Man these things are fast."

-Knightstar looked around at all the chaos...it reminded her of the movie "Critters"...vile little creatures. She takes out her Pump shotgun, pumps it once then fires at an incoming group of creepy little green bunnies.-

"Holy...this isnt going to be easy...they're too bloody small!"

After realizing that his heavy-fire weapon was quite ineffective against such small, fast targets, Ecks slung the weapon under his arm and drew his blaster pistols, using his natural marksmanship and the sights of the weapons to line up and burn down the zombie rabbits several at a time.

Wind got a direct hit on a small cluster with one explosive shell. "Woot!" He shouted, but his shout of elation was cut short when another group of Grunnies took the place of the one he destroyed, a bigger group.

He finished reloading, wishing he could remove his helmet as sweat was starting to pour from within as he went back to his spot, taking out two grunnies with one beam.
