Well how i "changed" into a wolf was that i went to the masquerade thing.
Died. And was reborn a wolf. But i'm pretty sure there's like a slim chance you'll change.
If not then do it all over again. Die and Hope. Die and hope.

Read the sticky that tells you how to play. There's a link in there that will let you change into a wolf. At least that's how I did it when I started.
