I have 50 and he says I need to collect 13

OK IDK about this 13 but you need to collect 19 from the shops to get the items from Jack in the maps.

If yer collecting candies form the towns then I think it's different; you need I think 50 and then you go to the middle of the town square or something 3nodding

Are you actually going into the stores? Like say you going into Global Imports and seeing Josie dressed as Storm for example?
