I believe you have to have been on the werewolf side at the end of the fight, but dont quote me on that.

If you search for "werewolf" in the marketplace, you can find the items. However, they're incredibly expensive, but if you plan on buying one of them, I can give you some gold. I understand your position because I missed the event, too, so I had to buy mine for 100,000g.
