I just had to take a right at Albacurque and head west about 5000 miles at some point. That's where I found Atlantis. With all the Purrrfect Fish Peoples.

Yeah, it must have been a RIG since it wasn't a free item in an event, and yet it messed up the supply/demand chain.

Which is why I didn't sell it, even though I don't wear it that often anymore, mostly for halloween.
