I must make it clear, before I answer this particular question, that I have quite a wild imagination.
-To me she could be an outlaw from the Capitol. She never fit in with those of her caste. She never fully appreciated those wild, excessive fashions and all the variety of phisical mutation and deformation.
She one day firmly decided to go out into the rest of the blurry, mysterious, unkown world of the Districs to find out where she belonged.
She came to stay at District 5 and was adopted by two brothers who taught her the ways of their kindle.
*Would they be a career or a tribute?*
I must say I can picture her offering herself as a volunteering tribute taking the place of one of her less capable loved ones.
*What would they finish as?*
Maybe 7th...?
*How would they die?*
She'd be tricked into trusting one who'd lead her to her own death.
