I honestly think Alex Pettyfer should play him. I always imagined Finnick looking like that.
I've thought about Russel Brand playing him, which would've just made me laugh hysterically if that was going to happen.
Some fan wrote online somewhere that Zac Efron was playing him. Seems doubtful, though.
