not too sure, it normally does not last long enough to find out, but at a guess I might say a week and a half to 2 weeks out of a fridge, longer in a fridge. but again that is just a guess.

That's pretty decent. I always put bread in the fridge because it takes me forever to eat it.
I guess fresh home-made bread ain't so bad.
